if i caused you blood it was only so that our bloods could mix and entwine. if you caused me blood it was only so that your blood could mix with mine. agony, agony, so so what? sometimes in dark we find ourselves and only then we find each other. agony, agony, so so what? sometimes blood is the only way to climb up to the light, you were my ladder, you are my liight, sangre, estrella, amiga mia.
that's all...

hi, sorry i didn't get back to you sooner.
by rosie is roxy is roshan on Fri Jul 03, 2009 01:20 PM PDTi have been taking a break from here. as you know better than anyone, i did not intend to return. it was ayhab who contacted me before the elections and said my opinion was needed on the vote vs. abstain issue, so i read up on it and then commented. then i got caught up in the election fever, i felt even more euphroic than when obama won. then when the 'results' came in, i swear it felt almost as bad as september 11th.
so here i am. but i needed a break. same ol same ol. whatever. i am going to keep on feeding the news about the post-election events and hopefully wean myself off as it all dies down-if it does, i'm not so sure. i think we're in for some suprises. well, we'll see.
anyhow, yes, i myself did think about that feed from time to time during the hullabaloo when i was reading up on the different seyed factions in qom and so on. fascinating. so diverse. so textured.
and i also remember when i fed it last year you did tell me it was the feed you liked the best. it's a good one..but now it seems it is sooooo nuanced, far more than just the stances of those three guys... but anyway it's a good framework to work with.
hope you (and your kids and the other rosie) are well.
e-mail me if you feel like it.

Muslim cleric link
by Natalia Alvarado-Alvarez on Sun Jun 28, 2009 10:24 AM PDTI was searching for that link you posted on the web site a long time ago on Muslim clerics under house arrest. I think Jamshid, you and I were the only ones on that post.
I will look under your other account.
