Thanks a lot for sharing. Just as I was thinking that Shajarian's shoes are too big for any Iranian singer to fill !

Really, in recent years no one has come close to Shajarian and the few who did, are close immitators of the style. What a powerful blow of fresh air!

Yes, it is a beautiful song and this young man is an excellent singer.  Thanks so much for sharing.  Lori music is sad and sweet.  My favorite Lori singer and performer is Master Ali Akbar Shekarchi, who is a Kamancheh master.  I have seen him in live performances and he moves his audience to tears with his heartfelt music.  Too bad I don't understand the words in Lori dialect.  This is for you Sadaia_qesa, who reminded me of so much tonight.  He plays the Kamancheh and sings with Behdad Babai's Setar and Mohsen Kassirosafar's Tombak in Italy in 2004.
