Dear Mr. President Obama, there is a sort of corruption also in the USA

In this time every body speak about the corruption in the Middle Eastern countries or North Africa, or in the third world in general, nobody speak about the corruption in the West or in the USA.  The letter below shows how the corruption in the USA exists.  My friends paid over twenty thousand dollars until he get a permission for an occupational license and after he put all his money and effort to that business, a boarding school, after three years the neighbor protest against the boarding school and at that time the Orange County knew that they made a mistake and they cancelled the license They wrote a letter that they did a mistake and he can rent the boarding school to the regular people. The Orange County made a mistake and he should pay over 800,000 dollars for their mistake. They County told him, he can get a lawyer and can sue them. But the greedy lawyers want a lot of money ab front to take the case. Dear Mr. Obama how can a teacher who lost 800,000 by the mistake of the local government pay again thousand of dollars to the attorneys?   You always say that you want democracy and you want to help the other countries. Is it democracy that government make mistake and a man will be destroyed?

A teacher is not a billionaire or millionaire; he cannot pay huge money to the attorneys who want to make money from the disaster of other people.  Your local government by the mistake destroyed a life. Is it any different than the bribe which is taken in the Middle Eastern countries?  Is it not the same?  In Iran the people are persecuted, because they are Bahai, Sufi’s or…?  But here is the same, the people are persecuted, because the government employee made mistakes and the rest of your government are indifferent or even useless?  If by the mistake of the government somebody lose his/her whole capital and he/she has no opportunities to work, is it not the same as colonel Ghadafi robe the people and destroy their lives?  I hope your people are intelligent enough to understand that problem, if you lose everything you have by the mistake of them, you cannot survive any more?

The boarding school had a lot of furniture and was looking very nice and rich, the poor American who rented the building did not pay the rent. He should go to the court and pay the court and the court decision takes time, so the people had time enough to rob and destroy the building. And your police and insurance companies did not do anything and four times it happened and they were useless. We pay tax, and insurance, but that is just losing money, because the police and insurance company do not support. Insurance companies are just a collecting agent and are just robbing and keep the whole money for themselves. The bank knows that the price of the houses is lower and the interest rate is also lower, but they do not modify, it is also an advertisement, they short sell the building much cheaper to the other people, but they do not modify it. Your government mention always the corruption in other countries, but they do not see how cruel and indifferent is your system and destroy the people.  The employees of your government are also sometime useless and they just collect money as salary and do not do their jobs.  I have more documents and if you really want to correct this matter, I will cooperate with your people. The USA will be a leader in the world and will stop corruption, but do you not think it is better first to solve the problems here?  Here is the letter to the attorney general.  We should help each other to build a world with Just and Love and not with cruelties and Unjust if the Unjust and hate govern the world nobody is safe.  And a priest also fired the Quran which is the holly book of billion people?

Dear Mr. You should first read it, just to burn it does not help you as Hitler did.  It brings more hate between people and make the life more difficult for the people. Jesus said love your enemy. Is it the sort of love you perform? Do you think to be ignorant solve the problems of the world. The whole world is burning in hate and greed and disrespect. Did you read Molavi, Sadi, Hafez or Quran. Where in the Bible wrote that you should burn the book of other religions. This book is holly for over one billion people, and you should respect to those. Those people or most of the people did not even read the Quran, and just burn it? The Arabs did the same with Iranian library. You did the same that Arabs did over 1400 years ago. So preach hate instead of LOVE. I think you did not even listen to Jesus. Love brings love and hate brings hate.  I wrote this letter, because I know that you love to work for humanity and you know about our Sadi and Molavi or Hafez? Only in Just and love we all can progress and be happy. In the time that Ghadafi kills people to stay in power, Iran does not tolerate other thinking, USA destroy the people by their mistakes, how can we have any hope?  How can your government advise Ghadafi to be a nice man, if the people are destroyed here in the USA?

Dear Attorney General.

My name is  Ali T J. I was born and raised in Iran in a family whose father was Muslim and mother Bahai believers.  Because of that I wasn’t considered either Muslim or Bahai by the Iranian People.

When I was age 14 after my father died, and I was transferred to a Christian School, and because of that I wasn’t accepted by either Muslim or Bahai.

Despite my forever religious struggle, I managed to finish my education. I got my PhD in Education from Teheran University and became a University Teacher. I had several jobs like Teacher at the German Embassy, General Consultant to State Secretary, and Translator in the Telecommunication Department. I also worked for Bell an American Company (Iranian Subsidiary). 

I was actually on the top of my career and doing a great job for the government of Iran when the regime changed. I continued working for the new regime, but the fact that I was brought up among three different religious started to be very challenging for me.

Now, in the view of the new regime I was not a Muslim. For them I was a Bahai or a Christian. That’s when I started to be persecuted by the government of my own country.  

To prove that I was a Muslim, they asked me to write articles in the Iranian Newspapers stating that I hated the Bahais and the Christians as well. But inside of me there was a dilemma. It was my conscientious telling me that it was not the right thing to do. In fact I believe that religious is to promote love among the human being and not hate.  For this reason I refused to right such articles, which was considered almost a crime for them. And because of that I went through a hardship that is difficult to describe.

My whole life was transformed and my family and I literally lived a nightmare. After many years of suffering, they decided to send me out of my country. My family was left behind.

In 1990 I arrived in USA. I tried to make my way through and after doing several different types of jobs out of my field; I was hired as a full time Teacher in Oviedo High School and part time at Seminole Community College. I was quite happy. I worked for these Institutions for few years, but after that I had the displeasure to learn that my contract would not be renewed.

After Sept 11, to be hired as a language Teacher became even more challenging and my situation became very difficult, especially because of my Middle Eastern back ground.

I am sorry to say that, unfortunately, I feel as I am paying for the mistakes made by the terrorists and extremists Muslim, even though I was expelled from my country for not being one of them.  

Once it became almost impossible for me to get a job as a teacher again and considering that I can speak several languages, I decided to open a School of Languages using my home as the school premises. I got the license from the County and it made me feel very excited about the possibility of having my own school, and could reach more students. Because of that I bought two bigger houses where I could offer languages lessons and accommodation.

Unfortunately, after three years of operation Orange County cancelled my occupational license and caused me a huge problem. I could no longer use them as school facilities. I am trying to sue them, but I cannot afford to pay a lawyer to do it.

So, without license, no school and no students, I don’t make money to pay the mortgages on the houses. Although the federal government has bailed out the banks to enable them to work with loaners for modification it is not happening. The bank still wants me to pay full amount. The interest rate is now very low, and so are the prices of the houses, so I don’t’ understand why the banks are so difficult to work with. I don’t know what to do once I invested a lot of money on the properties, and I don’t want to loss them. In fact I invested every penny that I had.  

The houses were originally bought from Countrywide that became Bank of America, but they have done nothing for me so far. I am getting desperate with the possibility of losing everything I’ve worked for. I paid a lawyer to help me with the problem, but I am not sure about what is going to happen. I have a court hearing scheduled for April 14, 2011, and I need someone to help me keep my houses. Bank of America told me that Countrywide forged some of my paper work, as if I were making around $200,000 per year in order to give me more loans, with higher interest. I never signed that paper. Despite that, Bank of America has done anything to correct the mistake. I feel as if I have been robbed and cheated by everybody, and it is a horrible feeling.

I think that, if Orange County zoning dept made mistake, they should pay for it. I had a lot of financial losses because of that, and I think I should be financially compensated for that. I also think they should honor the paper that they made me sign for the license. I paid for all these things. I used all my money on the houses because I had a license to use them as boarding schools, otherwise I wouldn’t have put a penny on them.

I’ve rented the houses to regular people, in order to survive, but they not only don’t’ pay rent, but they also still stuff from the house, for instance my last tenant stole my lawn mower tractor, refrigerator, washer ,dryer and other appliances, and even the police seems to be so busy to even right a report on the stolen material. To have it done I had to go to court and beg. The previous one, caused water damaged in the house. At the time it happened I went after my insurance company, but all they did was to dry the carpet, not really paying for the repairs that came due to that water damage. When I complained, they cancelled my policy. The damaged house was insured by Liberty Mutual, which treated me very unfairly. Another one vandalized the house. Each time it happens a call the police, but not much has been done about it.

As I enjoy teaching, I am still trying. My goal is to help the people, especially young students to achieve their goals in life. I want to make a difference in their lives.

As an American Citizen I wish I could do more for the people and for this country using my almost 25 years of experience, but I feel that I’ve been treated unjustly, unfairly, and with disrespect

I come from a culture where I trust people, but here I’ve been misused by these same people that I try to help. At 67 years of age I really don’t know how I can start over again.

I have been looking for a job for years in order to pay my bills and keep my houses, at least one of them, but due to the bad credit that I have now nobody hire me. I am willing to go to Afghanistan or Iraq, but I cannot get security clearance because of that. And I passed all the tests. I am really in very bad shape. I am scared to become homeless like hundreds of people in the country. Please help me at least to get a job.

I am writing to you in the hope that you contact the Orange County zoning Dept and make them see how bad a damage they caused in my life and my family, and try to correct their mistake.

I will be most grateful for your kind consideration of my situation.

(Attachments)  And the people especially the clergy should not disrespect other religions. Here is one exmaple in Florida.

If this clergy believe really in Love and God, he should try to burn ignorant and prejudice. Our problem is selfishness, greed, and love of power and sex or money. Not reading books, many Moslems do not even read Quran and even if they read, they do not understand. Our problem is the people who do not believe in God and religion or the messenger show they do believe and use that believe as a device to make money, power , sex and kill the people and get respects and benefits. That man instead of burning Quran, could spend money or his time to teach people to know and learn and understand and respect other believes even if they are wrong. We do not know what is going on in the world and who is right and who is wrong, because everybody says I am right the other people are wrong?
