The people who control the world.

The difficulties of Middle Eastern People can face  in the West or USA.The different system and different people and cultures will confuse a lot of us, for example here; there is no inflation and the money has value the banks give much easier loan as in our countries. Here to have or to open a business is much easier than in our countries, but to run the business here is much more difficult as in our countries. Here I bring two letters for your information, that for example buying house here cannot be beneficial and or getting loan from the bank is very dangerous, because you have to pay real interest as there is no inflation. The risk of losing the whole money or your capital is here much greater than in our countreis,and to lose the whole capital here is much greater chance than in our countries. I hope that will help the Middle Eastern people to know the system here. The court system is here also very expensive and the attorneys will a lot of money in front. Even if you win, in reality the attorney collect the money more than you do. Maybe for this reason, in USA the people do not trust each other and they do not accept checks and other documents. They generally say No or I do not know. In this letters you can see in the time you need; everybody is cruel and indifferent to you. May be you should have chance to meet just nice people.

 Dear Mr. John Mica, The representative of the Parliament. My name is Sardareddin Janhangosha Afjei and I was general consultant, university teacher, and teacher in Embassy School of Germany in Tehran. Because my mother was Baha’i, I have been persecuted in Iran and the Moslems so called friends misused my situation and robbed me. I trusted my Baha’i family in USA and in Iran; they did the same to me. The government of Iran asked me to write article in the newspaper against the Baha’is, I could not do it, because my mother was Baha’i, but the Baha’i did count me also as a Moslem or half Moslem, because my father was Moslem. I was in reality persecuted from both sides. I worked in different places until I got the paperwork done and I was teacher in Seminole County Public School for German and Latin and in Seminole Community College for Arabic, German and Political science. I had some classes in my house, but the system the, Oviedo city was not for it and they did not like me to have classes in my house, it was in a subdivision. The Orange County told me if I buy a house in County and in Agricultural zone, I can get the permission and also get occupational license for a boarding school. My goal was to help the student to prevent them for using drug and other negative materials and be useful and active in the society. I bought the houses and the County gave me occupational license for boarding school and for my activities.   I helped a lot of boys and girls to have a nice place to live, to be helped in learning and to work in the farm in the boarding school, growing chicken, fish, and agricultural products. They destroyed me and my business instead of encouraging and helping me to continue these societal activities. My question is why? I am a victim of the both religions. And from both side I have been persecuted. But I love both of them and forgive all the unfriendly action the members of both religions, (some of them) did to me. 

Sorrowfully after three year of operation, the county told me that they did mistake and cancelled my license.  It is for them just a mistake, but for me it means to lose $800.000 dollars and be completely destroyed. I can explain why this mistake of them destroyed my life here in Orlando. They told me I can rent the buildings to regular people. I did it, but they stole my materials, damaged the buildings, did not pay and destroyed my business. I should go to the courts to pay the court and wait until I get the papers to send them out of the building, It takes time and they have enough time to rob and destroy everything, because now they are angry why I went to the court, and so four times they robbed, damaged and took everything from the boarding school they may need.  I was a source to feed and support the people and the police saw the damaged and robbed materials for four times and the insurance company saw the water damages, and they did not pay, they pay just to dry the house which was damaged by explosion of the pipe but they refused to pay for the damages.  With other words they robbed me, too. They collect for many years money from me, but in the time I needed them, they cancelled their policy.  I have tons of paperwork for the insurance company Liberty Mutual, but they just collect money and did not help, the other insurance company State Farm paid for the same damage in other boarding school of mine, but Liberty Mutual did not pay.

That mean, the insurance companies can do whatever they like. And there is no Just there.  I know eight languages and I know all languages in the Middle Eastern and I know their cultures and religions and I pass all the exams to be hired by them, by different companies, but they do not release or clear me, because I have so much loan so I cannot work and I have been persecuted . I cannot pay the bills, because they robbed me and did not pay me. Now because the Orange County made a mistake I have been punished for their mistake. They should pay for their mistake like everybody else. The insurance company should pay the damages. The people who owe me should pay me, too .They made tons of paperwork and they collect money for many years, but if you need them, they find excuse and nobody will help me. The attorneys will a lot of money in front to sue them. With all my expertise and skill and with all my interest to work and be active, I have to be at home and write articles free for the newspapers.   I know eight languages and I can taught them for many years, but because the Orange County makes mistake and insurance company and people robbed me, I cannot pay the bill and I have been persecuted for their mistakes. I cannot hire attorneys to sue Orange County, because they want a lot of money in front. I think that in unjust. I can be very useful and be active to help, but because the other people did mistake or robbed me. I have their problem and their mistake in my shoulder? 

 I love and respect Baha’is and Moslem or other religions and I know there are a lot of good people in every religion, but I had a bad chance and just meet bad people in different religions. And I know that generally religion teaches good value and good action and good speech and also good thinking.  Yours    Sardareddin.  Janhangosha.  Afjei  Thank you in advance for your interest concerning me.          The difficulties of Middle Eastern People in the West.Dear Bank of America I have six mortgages with your bank, three of them is originally started with your banks and they have a fair interest rate and I can pay, but the other three is transferred from Country Wide which is not good mortgage. The interest rate is too high and they have cheated me and made false papers to give these loans to me.  For example I did not have 200,000 dollars income and they did a false paper with my signature to make a business with me. Or they add a lot of extra costs to the mortgage.  With other words they have cheated me. I paid for each house about 1200 dollars per month, but they called me so many time and promised me to give me a better mortgage and a better rate and in reality they wanted just to made money and give me money for the improvement of the house. And because the both houses had permission of a boarding school from the Orange County I spend a lot of money in both houses. I planted over 1000 fruit trees and installed irrigation, fence, gate and lights everywhere which is good for a boarding school and not for a house you will rent to the regular people.

 The price of the building came down and interest rate is now much lower than before. But you do not consider these facts. You froze all my land of credits and I spent about 600,000 dollars for the boarding school and I have no money left now to continue the agricultural activities and you do not modify the house to the current value and current interest, so I cannot get any loan to recover the damages. Insurance company robbed me too.  State farm paid for damaged for one house, but Liberty Mutual did not pay for the same damages in other house. I put all my saving and all my work to these two boarding school and if you modify them, they can operate. I lost over 300,000 dollars my own capital and I spend this money for down payment and improving the houses. I am 68 years old and I planted over 1000 citrus trees and other trees in both boarding schools. Plus I spent all my time to operate these boarding houses. One of them is also my residence and in other one I have an office. If you cooperate with me, we can save your capital and my capital. The price of real estate is now lower and the interest rate is lower, even the rent is lower and you want the same money that I paid in the past. If you modify these houses, I can work and have more money to pay also and I can sue the Liberty Mutual and repair the houses. I can get loan and the farm of both houses can be active and I can create work and productions. That is not my fault that the price of real estate is so low, and that is also not my fault that Orange County did a mistake and I should be punished for their mistake.

  Or the people robbed me; because they thought I am rich and the court is generous concerning their payment and the police is relax also concerning their robbing.  If I should be punished for the mistake and robbing of others, do you think it is fair?  I as a college teacher and with a lot of experience as a consultant to the states and knowing eight languages and be an experts for many years, I am a victim of the society, because I trusted Orange County and their paperwork, the insurance company and their paperwork, the people and their promises and the system of courts and police? If I did know before that all of them are useless and just a facade or decoration and in the time you need them, they are indifferent and do not act or they are useless and they do only paperwork and in the time you need them they cannot or will not do anything and they are careless and do not care I would not touch any business here. I would stay as a college teacher or high school teacher and everything was fine and I could work now in different places for example in Afghanistan or Iraq as an expert and earn more than 200,000 dollars per year.  Yours Sardareddin.
