The people who control the world.

Dear Mr. President of the United States   As a citizen I try to be useful and effective for this country, but I see some issues that I would like to bring to your attention. I know that you are trying to help the population of the world who are under dictatorship and problems and even are killed on the streets, because they want a little bit freedom. But in the USA also there are a lot of unjust that should take care of. I am a college teacher and I was consultant to the government of Iran for many years. I was also teacher in the German school and German Embassy School and Iranian university, US College and high schools.  I have been persecuted in Iran and sent out of work, because my mother was Baha’i.  My Moslem friend takes advantage of the situation and robbed me. Also my Baha’i family did the same thing.  Sorrowfully the religions cannot bring love unity and humanity.

The people will be cruel or indifferent regardless which religion they have or even they have no religions. I came to the USA sixteen years ago and worked here as sub teacher, teacher and college instructor. I can teach eight languages and I am fluent in four of them.  The students wanted to learn privately with me Arabic, Persian, Turkish and later also Pashto or German. But my house was in subdivision and the homeowner did not like many cars parking on the streets and I have some classes in my house. The house was in sub division. They said if I buy a house in County they will give me occupational license and I can have students in my house and teach them. I bought two big houses for this purpose, five acres and three acres land, so they could park and learn and stay in my house and even work in the farm of the house and they gave me a boarding school or tutoring occupational license.

 I wanted later even try to get a degree program for my boarding school, I worked three years in this school and it has chicken, fish, goats and other animals, it was cheap and save place for boys and girls. But sorrowfully one time the Orange County zoning department told me that they had a mistake and they should not give that license to me at all and they cancelled it. I told them with your mistake I will be totally destroyed. I put all my money and all my three years’ work in this business and you just cancel it?     They told me hire an attorney and sue us. But no attorney will take the case or they want a lot of money affront. I rented the building, but it was designed for a boarding school and the regular people destroyed it and took the materials and did not pay, in the time that I went to the court to send them out, they damaged more the house. 

 I lost over all my saving and all my time that I worked here and the saving I had from Iran and Germany. I am 58 years old and worked forty years as college teacher, translator and consultant and with their mistake I lost all my capital plus a lot of loan money.  Is it fair that they make a mistake and I will be punished for their mistake? Now the people did not pay me and insurance company which is Liberty Mutual did not also pay. Four times my house is robbed and each time the people took a lot of materials from my house and the sheriff did not take a serious action.  With other words I am the victim. The orange county makes mistake and I have to pay for their mistake. People did not pay me and robbed my material, insurance company did not pay and the price of the real states came also lower and again I am responsible for that also? In the situation that I am robbed so totally how can I be responsible? The interest rate, value of the houses and rent came down, but the bank does not consider all these difficulties.

I found two jobs in Afghanistan and Iraq to work there as a supervisor but the army or Federal government does not clear me also. Is it my fault that the price of the real states came so low. 60% present down? Is it my fault that Orange County makes a mistake which destroyed my life and I cannot get a job for their fault?  The people and insurance company robbed me and I cannot be cleared. Who can count all these unjust normal and just?  I know all languages in the Middle East and I know also their religions, their problems and their cultures and their difficulties. If your government wants to help the people I should be also released from all these difficulties which is not my fault at all.    In Labia, Ghadafi kill the innocent people on the street or in their home and here I am totally robbed and nobody take the responsibilities. I wrote to the government, to the governor and to the representative. Is the democracy works?   I can fly and have CDL driving license and I can teach also eight languages and still cannot be cleared, because the people robbed me? Who can count that as a just?

  Please, as a head of Government Issue a notice that the people work for my situation and do not just ignore me?             Thanks a lot  yours  Nasser G.   To whom it may concern  I am Nasser G.  and I am a college instructor for the European and Middle Eastern languages. I was instructor at the university in Tehran and worked also as an Expert, consultant and translator for the Telecommunication Company of Iran, a government company and taught at the German Embassy school.  I was over twenty years teacher in the time that the Islamic government of Iran persecuted me and sent me out of work, because my mother was Baha’i.  I can teach eight languages and other subjects.  I was teacher in Oviedo high school for German and Latin, instructor at the Seminole Community College for Arabic, German and politics.  Some students wanted to learn more, so they came to my house to learn more, but the sub division was against that. I try to find a way and Orange County told me, if I buy houses in the County they will give me occupational license for a boarding school, I bought the houses and they gave me the permission. The boarding school was operation not bad, but the Orange County cancelled the occupational license and they told me that they did mistake from beginning and they should not give that permission to me at all.  I told them that you did mistake and I will be destroyed, what can I do with these houses?  I spent more than 800,000 dollars for the boarding?  They told me, I can sue them. And one attorney told me if I give her 3000 dollars more, she can get my license back, I paid her $500. 

 The County zoning department told me, that I can rent it to regular people. But these people took my belonging destroyed the boarding and did not pay. Water and wind also damaged the house and the insurance company did not pay me.   I spent a lot of time in the boarding and planted over 1000 citrus trees and other fruit trees.  I had activities and grow chicken and fish and also a nursery for flowers and trees. I spent all my time and energy, money in this boarding in the hope that later I can get a degree program and can help the young students.  The Country Wide Bank cheated me and by refinancing the house charged me a lot of money and brought the payment from 1300 to close to 3000 dollars. With tax, insurance and repair I have to pay about $5000 each month.  First the County makes a mistake and I have to pay for their mistake.

 Insurance company did not pay and robbed me.  People did not pay and took also my materials. They took drywalls, doors, shelves, washer and dryer, tractor of the cutting the grass water heater, refrigerators, tools and a lot of other things. As you know the price of rent and houses and also the interest rate is now much lower, but the bank wants the same money.  I wanted to rent the house for 2400 but the people said wow that is too much. Each time I have to paint and clean the house and buy materials which has been stolen and rent it again.  The people want a nice house to rent and if the house is not perfect they do not rent. A lot of houses close to mine is foreclosed and the people can rent it much cheaper than I can. I cannot walk away, because I put all my money in the boarding houses. I put fence, gates, lights ,irrigation and a lot of trees and flowers in the houses and it costs for me a fortune.

 If the bank brings it to the current price and rate, I can manage to keep them. I have two farm, and because the price of the farms are more than the current price no one wants to be my partner and invest in the business.  I am 58 years old and Orange County destroyed with their mistake my life. The boarding is still good, if the payment will be according to the current rate and price. I can operate the farm and we can produce a lot of food, agricultural productions and the young people will be busy and learn.  But in this condition, nobody is willing to spend money and invest in the business.  The County makes mistake I have to be punished, the insurance company did not pay, I should be punished.  The people robbed me and took my belonging again I have to be punished.

I know eight languages and can teach them, I got a lot of work, but the system does not clear me, because I am robbed and cannot pay the bills.  I owe the bank about 1,200,000 dollars, but the short sell price or current price for the houses is not even 500,000, the bank does understand the fact, but is not willing to cooperate ,because they close my equity lines of credit, so I have no money to spend for the farm.  I paid for the establishment of line of credit, but the Country Wide bank just closes it and did not give the money that I spent for that account.  It is sort of cheating. My payment was 1300 and 1200 and now they want for both houses over 6000? They brought the rate to 9.5 and 6.5 and the rate is now 1 to 2%.  For example I paid for one of the house that I bought 138,000 dollars, over 70,000 cash and in 11 years I paid also another 100,000 monthly payment without delay. I spent also over 40,000 dollars for improvement of the house , I installed fence and gate, changed the washer and dryers, refrigerator, oven, doors and other thing.

 So I paid over 210,000 for the house and because the people robbed me I could not pay for few months and the house will be foreclosed for less than 125,000 , is it fair? For the boarding school is the same, I paid 20% cash and I paid also in five years over 160,000 installments also I paid together 310,000 for both houses, and I paid also over 800,000 for the improvement of the houses and now the short sell price is for both houses not even 500,000 dollars. And I owe for them about 1,200,000 dollars.   Is it fair that the bank give all my money that I saved after forty years working to the third person who buys short sell and I cannot keep the houses in the short price? I am 58 years old and lost all my capital and all my saving and time for this boarding which by the mistake of Orange County? Is it just?  The insurance company should pay all the damages, the people have to pay what they owe me and they gave me checks. The county should also pay for its mistake.  In other countries the people are killed on the street, because they want just and here I am robbed and nobody care and the whole system does not support me. 

 I worked as a honest person for forty years and I helped the people and the students and that is my reward. To be destroyed completely, I found jobs in Afghanistan or Iraq, but your government does not clear me, because I am robbed and cannot pay my bill? As I explained to you, I rented before the house and the people, and they were very dirty and I cleaned as much as I could. For this reason I wanted to rent through your co. because I thought, it will be helped me? I found also Sara and I showed them the house, many other people liked to rent the house, but because I had bad tenant before, I send them to your company also. Four other groups of students and family wanted to rent the house by me, but I prefer to be rented by your company, as they may be dirty, too.  You know that the price of the rent was 2400 and I dropped it to $1800 and I said that the little house will be used by me and I pay  $200 for utilities as long as I live there and I will later, may rent it to other people. If Sara has people and know people, I prefer to rent to them.   

 After the people moved out , a company shampooed the carpet. The swimming pool is cleaned, the AC is checked and that all costs. The rent does not even cover the repair and taxes and insurance of the house. And I am trying to modify the house, as the costs are so high? Before the people paid me three months in advance and I had money to pay for repair. Sorrowfully the insurance co. did not pay and I have to pay insurance co. and the repair.  You know that many houses are going to foreclosed, because the rent does not cover the costs.  I hope you understand my situation. I bought the house to have a boarding school there.  And Not to rent so cheap compare to what I pay to the bank to the people. I am trying to sue Orange County and insurance co. and I have about 60,000 checks that the tenant did not pay. Again I hope you can try to understand my situation, I said also to Sara, that I like the house to be in very good condition, but I need the cooperation also. I am just a college teacher and as the people robbed me, I came to trouble.

 The people just rent the house and the place around the swimming pool and the front of the house where the trees are; and not the whole house. They can use and clean after themselves the whole land, but I need their cooperation.  If I had enough money , I could may be rent the house more than 3000, and paint it properly, as I did before to the students.  I paid over 200,000 for the improvement of that house. The house was like woods.  I paid 15000 for Oviedo house to paint and clean again. I hope that we will be fair. I am just a teacher and if the people do not pay me, it is difficult for me to spend also money.  I agree if the house will be painted and decorated nicely and everything change to new, it will be rented easier, but in that case the rent should be also higher. Honestly I said to you, that my income is very limited and I cannot pay really for the extra materials.  The people trash the house easily and the deposit cannot cover the cost also.  If the tenant left the house in the condition that I gave to them, everything could be fine.
