by پندارنیک on Sun Feb 26, 2012 01:06 PM PSTThere's no doubt that the American establishment has to get herself ready for a substantial overhaul in her electoral system..........the two-party political circus has stretched itself extremely thin and has to be reinvented in order to survive "the information age"............I'm just pointing out the need for a change in the process of public participation...........People's strong desire for doing away with the market-based governments is another story........
