Those are some funny Vid's! It would appear they are using both AK type and M16 Type rifles, the M16's look to be very old versions. I can buy the latest and greatest of this weapon at the local gunshop. I don't think it is too wise to use two different types of service rifle especially if they use different ammunition, logistical nightmare.

I'm sorry but I don't see strength in this force. I'm not inclined to approve of a war with Iran, I don't think the people there deserve that. But if Regime change becomes dire and war it is I'm happy to know that the USA would fare very well in such a conflict, and hopefully those that are "liberated" can put together a more fair and just government.

As I understand, the IRGC is designated as a terrorist organisation by US DOS. To my understanding this is a first, even SS was never designated a "terrorist organisation".

True, and of course Iranian forces have been judged on the battle field facing superior weapons from 2 super powers and financing from the entire Arab world all while under strictest of sanctions. They lasted and defended every inch of Iran when nobody thought they could. So, I agree.

There us Absolutely No way to tell how effective a particular country's armed forces can be unless and until such qualities are judged on the battle field . That is where the real and unexpected  weaknesses and strenghts find a way of revealing themselves, as we can see now with the US armed forces in iraq, that despite them being the bigger dog there, many weak points have been identified.
