Thanks for opening everyone's eyes to the facts !
Where did you get your education? Tel Aviv U? No wonder. In their ranking probably they are far below Qom's hoozeh!
Jahanshah, aas jr, guys,
by Farhad Kashani on Sat Aug 23, 2008 10:11 PM PDTJahanshah, aas jr, guys, this is the best example of the fact that for these IRI apologists and justifier leftists, human rights and dignity means absolutely nothing. Everything they say about what Israel does to Palestinians is just for one and one reason, to make the IRI regime look good, otherwise, they don’t give a rats a@@ about the Palestinians.
If the regime executes all 70 million people of Iran, they somehow gonna make up some absurd argument to justify it.

To:./. : Clarify maturity!
by aaj sr (not verified) on Sat Aug 23, 2008 08:17 PM PDTAnd explain the maturity level of a 15 years old compare to a 30 years old? are they in the same level of maturity? Mr. Professor daneshmand!!
If you defy science then that's the end of argument. You sound like an Akhoud sitting up there in Manbar.
"..If a child is mature enough to kill it is mature to die.."
Then I guess you did not read the rest of sentences. If you are not mature to receive a driving license, if you are not mature to be able to vote, etc then your are not mature at all, you cannot have two set of rules. You cannot have a rule for rich kids and one for poor kids.
If the school teaching you how to read Oran but not teaching you how to be a human being, if the parents both working to make it at the end of the month, and kids are on the street, without any guidance, when there is no sport facilities for kids to spend the time instead of being "street kids", (92 of facilities { 92 % of nothing is nothing} are for boys and 8% are for girls {girls are prohibited to watch the games in stadium})
Look around within your own family members , see those teenagers, are they as wise/mature as you are? go back in your teenage time, are you as wise to day as you were 15 years of age? if the answer is yes, then there is nothing anyone can do/say to you, except you may need some form a professional help.
All these kids who have killed, they were involved in street fighting, none of them wanted to kill (premeditated ) his school- mate, a friend etc. They must be sentenced but not hanged, instead they should be educated, or if they are in jail, they should be guided and learn something for when they are out of jail. How about if you have money and can pay Diyeh, you are free and if not , then you are doomed !!, are you still insisting in your statement on maturity?
This is Islamic law and as said before, BRAVO ISLAM!!

by ./ no / (not verified) on Sat Aug 23, 2008 07:14 PM PDTPeople don't kill because they're mature! Where did you grow up that you think murder is a sign of maturity? these kids acted on hormones, stupidity, childish behavior or immature action.
You see that as a sign of maturity? please let us know where you live so we can avoid your neighborhood

by ./. (not verified) on Sat Aug 23, 2008 05:57 PM PDTIf a child is mature enough to kill, is mature enough to die for killing someone. Which part YOU don't understand?
To: SOUFI: Hope this help you.....once for all....
by aaj sr (not verified) on Sat Aug 23, 2008 12:04 PM PDTThe part you do not understand is; the brain of a child is not as developed as an adult's. The age of an adult, based on international scientific researches (examination of complexity of a brain {between an adult and underaged individual} in labs as well as many years of studies from various different countries confirm it without any doubt) and UN mandate stipulate that 18 is the age for adulthood, not 9 for girls, and not 15 for the boys.
Example: What is the reason for a 15-16-17 years old who is not allowed to vote, obtain a driving license, enter a business proposition, obtain a passport, receive her/his inheritance etc ? then, for the same reason an act of under 18 years old considered as "not mature enough".
IRI and their barbaric laws are confused/misunderstood between puberty and maturity.
Iran accepted the UN mandate, resolution and Majles have verified and confirmed it, so must they honor their own signature?. or like everything else, these are "formalities". laws, legislation are good for the books not for using them!!!
So what part you do not understand?
Possibly, the part you may not understand is that if you kill and you have money, you walk, if you are poor and have no money, you get hanged!!. and that is Islamic Law. Bravo Islam.
Re: The Hague Court
by soufi on Sat Aug 23, 2008 06:48 AM PDTYou die when you kill ! Simple, no exceptions. Which part you don't understand?
The Hague Court
by Jahanshah Rashidian on Sat Aug 23, 2008 06:01 AM PDTExecution of those who have committed an offence under the age of 18 is internationally banned.
Question: is the international Hague Court the right place to convict IRI's judiciary?
