Shaer's quotation marks did initially bug me, but when I thought about it I came to realize it's his/her poetry, style, thoughts and emotions.
Who am I to find fault with it.
If I don't like them I can refrain from reading the poems.
You can see I'm still stopping by now and then! So that goes to show!
Let the Shaer write the way he/she wants to write!
Tolerance could start right here, as could a new style of poetry!

Dear Azadeh (Again)

Thank you very much for your comment again. A "Lesson" that I learnt "Long Time Ago", was That "Poetry" Does Not have to Necessarily follow the Rules and Regulations of English Grammar. It "Transcends" that. I "Encourage" You to read the Poets of 19 and 20th Century English Literature. People such as Walt Whitman or Ezra Pound.

I Do Know that My "Poetry" Is Not For "Everyone". But By End Large, I have Had "Very Positive" Responses From People. Good Luck to You Also :)

Poetry is not meant to be read like prose anyway – with or without quotation marks. The latter fail to evoke a sense of transcendence by dragging the reader out of the moment. They are also not meant to be used for emphasis – only for quotation.

Shaer Jan, please do not pay attention to these people who are trying to change your "Style". Everything is "Perfect". "Quotations", etc. "Thank You".

Thank you very much for your comment. The "Quotations", and the rest of the "Poem" are to "Evoke" A sense of "Transcendence". I know that you may think that it could potentially be distracting, but there is a purpose for them. Please Read the Poem Not so much as a "Prose", like a Book, But more Like A "Song". "Tks" Again :) 

Re: Azadeh --- Quotation Marks

Actually Azadeh, quotation marks also indicate emphasis - where more attention should be given. It seems to me that's the reason Shaer has used them - maybe a lot - but using them a lot helps, as emphasis in poems is usually more important than regular text.

Words of your poetry in quotation marks are quite distracting to me as a reader – and I guess to many other readers as well. One puts words in quotation marks when one is quoting someone else or borrowing from them. As this does not seem to be the case, is there any other reason for your extensive use of these marks? Thanks.
