That's a Wonderful Question ..

My Suggestion Is :

If You Have Done "Everything" That You Could To Come To Terms with This Person, And That There Is Nothing Else That You Can Do, Then Release Them In To The Hands Of God. That Is Part Of The "Forgiveness" Process.

I Personally Can Not Release The Person Who Has Offended Me In To The Hands Of God Unless I First Have Done "Everything" That I Can To come To Terms With This Person.

How do you actually forgive someone(i'm not talking about governments)who has done you a lot of wrongs and hurt you sooo badly??
like a husband or lover?
How exactly do you do it?
where do you start?

How to FORGIVE faults of others??

O SON OF BEING!
How couldst thou forget thine own faults and busy thyself with the faults of others? Whoso doeth this is accursed of Me.

The tongue I have designed for the mention of Me, defile it not with detraction. If the fire of self overcome you, remember your own faults and not the faults of My creatures, inasmuch as every one of you knoweth his own self better than he knoweth others.

So true... so true Shae'r... yet so hard to put into practice at times ... can only be acheived if one places full faith in God and begins the long journey of working on oneself.

If one begins the journey... one-step-at-a-time... the surge of energy will come into focus... and ultimately one will "see" His hand(dast-e oo) guiding one along the way!
...but "I" have to "believe" and begin the journey...
