ممنون از توضیحی که دادی، آدم هر روز یه چیز تازه یاد میگیره.

اجازه بده یه توضیح اضافی بدم.......

بعضی وختا در گویش پارسی اون ( ه ) اضافه بیانگر خشم درونی ست، مثلاً  آقای احمدی نژاد و رهبر معظم و دار و دسته شون بعد از این تقلّبات و دیدن واکنش مردم «گو گیجه» نگرفتند ، چون گوگیجه برای بیان شدت سرگشتگی شون کفایت نمیکنه، حضرات واقعاً  گوه گیجه (با ه چند چشم)  گرفتند!

بازهم ممنون از توضیح.

گوگوش خواننده خوبی هست ولی‌ یک مقدار دوز و کلک توی کارش هست ! هیچ وقت نشان نداده که واقعا از جمهوری اسلامی بدش میاد یا نه !

البته زیاد هم تقصیر خودش نیست، در کنارش افرادی هستند که بهش خط اشتباهی‌ زیاد میدهند،خیلی‌‌ها هم ازش سؤ استفاده میکنند چونکه ایشان خیلی‌ پول ساز هستند !

امید وارم که واقعا این بار ایشان به فکر هم وطن‌های خودشان افتاده باشند .

I don't care for Ganji's so called intellectualism (isn't islamic intellectualism an oxymoron?), or Googoosh's singing (minus a few songs). But this is not the time to knitpick. Any energy that contributes to exposure and discreditation of islamic regime (no capitals) and its eventual disposal in history's garbage dump is welcome.

ردیف بعد اونهاییکه روز ٢٢ بهمن ١٣٥٧ امروز رو پیش بینی میکردن و به همه هشدار میدادند که  «این ره که تو میروی به قبرستان است».......

بعد کسانیکه سی ساله کار و کاسبی و خونواده و فعالیت های اجتماعی شون رو تعطیل کردن و در راه آزادی ایران مبارزه میکنن.......بعد...........!

Well done Googooh, Shohre and anybody else who is supporting our Iranian brothers and sisters in their own way.

She explained the song was not for Khomeini

Even if it was, why is this even an issue? didn't 30 million people see Khomeini's picture in the moon? now their kids are being killed on the streets and in Evin. 

Why so negative? if she wasn't going to join, the same ones would blame her for being an IRI supporter. Is any of the people who are criticizing her planning on joining the hunger strike themselves?

Some famous Iranian is volunteering to go on hunger strike for a cause that many believe in.

I didn't elevate her to anything.  I pointed out a simple fact about her past participation in politics.  You (or anyone else) can make your own judgment about her character.

This is fantastic news.  I hope, I can attend.

whenever you get the fish from the water..

it is fresh... or someting like that...what difference does it make who participated when and by how much or by what method? What's important is that  artists have given voice to their opinions and are participating in their own way...isn't unity & solidarity the point here?

To begin with, I have very little respect for so called artists in TehranGeles , however one artist has got my admiration for showing genuine solidarity early in the movement. I am referring to Shohreh Solati of course.

I know many think of Googoosh as god or something, but to me she is the worst kind of opportunist and hypocrite, along with most 99.99% of them. Most American and European artists showed genuine solidarity with people of Iran much earlier that her. To name just a few, Joan Biaz, U2, etc etc etc.

Sorry for being blunt, but that is what I exactly feel about this bunch. That is why I wish not to googoo and gaagaa when Googoosh khanoom decides to show her highness along with the masses. Give me a break Googoosh jon, she is just too fake for my taste.

Just to be in the fair side, I have sent an heartfelt email to Googoosh regarding what I think of her. I admire Shohreh not because she sang on my birthday ;-), but because I think her actions were genuine, unlike her majesty's Googoosh.

What will the masses think?

Will they be thrilled and inspired that their beloved singer is supporting them?

Or will they side with their rotten illegitimate regime that will try to ridicule green protesters as upper-class "goosooshis"?

I think the former.

Googoosh's participation -- her first open political stand ever as far as I know -- only shows how broad the movement against the Islamic Republic is.

Googoosh & Dariush

Any attempt by the IRI media to use Googoosh's name to trash the strike is more than likely to backfire. Many religious and/or Hezbollahi people still listen to and enjoy songs by Googoosh and Dariush.

 Regardless of what one thinks of her, I really believe Googoosh's popularity among Iranians and her status as an icon is comparable to Oprah in the USA.

 I hope Dariush would make a similar move.

Negative Impact

Mr. or Ms. Demo ... Believe me when I say, Kayhan or moslem clerics don't need an excuse to demolish people both verbally or literally.  I am sure you have withnessed moslem clerics and Kayhan behavior until now .. without Googoosh's involvement.

The more support the better chance.

Negative Impact!!

Such presence is for sure going to have a negative effect on the strike news. IRI & especially Kayhan newspaper is going to put down such protest by calling it Goggosh's fans fasting & etc.

What other artist has done this already? Has any other artist made an announcement about this strike? Googoosh's music video with the footage of the uprising came out before many others.

Please don't tell me you bought into the hochi-gari that was done by Shohreh!  what has she ever done to demand action from anyone else? Lets give credit where credit's due.Besides Googoosh's participation means more than a dozen shohreh's ;-)

We must all attend if we can.

I think this is a great idea.   We should not make this about Googoosh - she is just a great element who will certainly increase attention, participation and media coverage.   We must all participate if we can - and make sure to:
1: Present UN with very specific demands, including not recognizing Ahmadinejad government.
2: Add our own flavor! to increase media coverage.

and another question is not about the rally but is Ganji still for an Islamic Government of some sort or for a secular one? Any new articles?
