of a boy who performed sodomy are unlawful to the sodomite even if the
doer and giver of sodomy are both minors. ... #2405

If he [the sodomite] marries the
mother or sister or daughter of a person and then practices sodomy with
that person, they do not become unlawful to him. #2406

If they have intercourse with a cow and sheep
and camel their [the animals] urine and dung becomes unclean and
drinking their milk will also be unlawful and they [the animals] must be
killed and burned without delay, and the person who had intercourse
with them must pay money to the owner. Further, if he had intercourse

Dear Simorgh555,

In fact, I am a qualified translator and this is what I do for a living. One of the subjects that I had to pass during my studies was translation of Khomeini's Will! Imagine what we went through!

Also, nowadays I translate a lot of other crap written by Mullahs (i.e court judgments, etc); they really do my head in! These idiots can't even speak Persian properly, so in order to make them undrestandable for my English-speaking clients, I end up patching up their crap writing (as far as loyalty to the original text allows).

Anyway, If you want, I am happy to translate this for you, of course at a cost which I'm afraid is going to be more than my normal rates since this is special crap! (only joking mate:)

I was once classmate of one of Khomeini's granddaughters. Her comment to me was that Khomeini's brother (who was also a mullah) does not accept Khomeini in these kind of issues since he believes Kheomini does not "reaayat" these these kind of "massael". Any way. IRI is criminal but in our haste for regime, sometimes we just write and write.

Ayatolaagh Khomeini's Tahrir'ul-Vasile has been translated. I remember after the 'devolution' Adult Bookstores in the West were selling this thing, esp. during the Hostage Crisis.

داشته باشد و يا به تبع حركت زمين حركتى افقى داشته باشد و بعد از چند ساعت
برگردد و در لندن فرود آيد نماز سرنشينان تمام است چون مسافرتى نكرده اند.

Problem # 1 There are several Unclean
Things which nullify Ablution and cause the necessity for its repetition.

First & Second: Effusion
of urine or what falls under its category, such as the suspected wetness coming
out before istibrã’ or excretion of feces from the natural or unnatural
passage, regardless whether the natural passage is blocked or not, and whether
its amount is large or small, and whether it is accompanied, for example, by worms
or lumps.

Third : Passing out of wind
from anus, if it comes out of the stomach or bowels, whether it is accompanied
with sound and bad odor or not. But the wind that comes out of the front organ (vulva)
of a woman, and not from the stomach or bowels is like the wind that enters
from outside and then comes out. (It will not nullify ablution).

However.  I've recently come across, here on IC, a statement from Khomeini, equally terrifying: " I say let this land [Iran] burn. I say let this land go up in smoke" (Qom, 1980).

Did a bit of checking and found out it had been first quoted by Amir Taheri in "America's Journey to Disaster in Iran".  Yet Taheri seems to have been somewhat inaccurate in some of his quotes as well as in some of his stories.

And here we have excerpts from the first edition that no longer exists. With all due respect, can these excerpts be trusted then ?

Can we get at an original print of Khomeini's book either in Farsi or English? I will pay for the book to be translated and give it to school children to read. Or even better pounce on Obama the same way Hugo Chavez did and give him recommended reading. You can read it in the toilet and it will do wonders for your digesion.

Sargord, most Iranians living in exile were FORCED into exile and have been one of the most successful ethnic groups in diaspora. Some Iranians vitually fled with nothing and rebuilt their lives and fortunes from scratch. Iranians in exile embody all that is virtuous and commendable of immigrant communities whether it be in busines, science or the arts.
