I agree with you war is a good business for VF as much as it is for isreal ..and that is why we should be against it.
Israel, Israel, Israel!
by Reality-Bites on Sun Feb 05, 2012 01:47 AM PSTLet's always talk about Israel. Why? Because it stops people talking about what is happening inside Iran.
And talking of war mongers, here is the beloved "Rahbar" openly talking about waging war against the favourite subject here, Israel.
The Rahbar states: "Iran will help any nation or group that confronts the "cancer" Israel", the Islamic republic's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has said.
Khamenei affirmed that Iran had assisted militant groups like the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Palestinian Hamas – a well-known policy, but one that Iranian leaders rarely acknowledge explicitly.
"We have intervened in anti-Israel matters, and it brought victory in the 33-day war by Hezbollah against Israel in 2006, and in the 22-day war" between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip," he said.

So, who is the war really being pushed by?

by iraj khan on Sat Feb 04, 2012 11:13 PM PSTThanks for your answer to Q #6.
The good news is thousands of Americans, Iranians and others hit the streets today showing their opposition to a war that's being pushed by Israel and her supporters:
"hundreds of protesters demonstrated on Saturday in New York and pacifist groups took to the streets in dozens of other US and Canadian cities in a "Day of Mass Action" against a possible war with Iran"

150,000–246,000 people within the first months, half within first 24 hours.

Souri Jan- Why not Israel?
by Simorgh5555 on Sat Feb 04, 2012 07:43 AM PSTHappy to answer your question about, 'Why Israel'
1) From a personal standpoint I feel there is nothing more satisfying than seein an Islamist being attacked by a Jew. There is no greater affront to their Islamic sensibilites than knowing it was a jew which attacked them. Of all the horrible attrocities that have been committed against us Iranians in the name of Islam from the Islamic Republic down to Khalid Bin Walid who promised Yazdeged III, the last Imperial King of the Sassanian dynasty that he will bring an "army of death" if he did not accept Islam.
2) I do not trust Americans to do the job. Obama's heart is not in it. Israel is the only country which says the regime must go. No reform. No olive branches. No kiss-and-hugs. No American president will commit to regime change in Iran. It doesn't have to be Israel...it could even be the Palestinians. I welcome any country or any regime which assists the Iranian people in removing this EVIL from the planet.
3) Next to the USA Israel is the only country with the military might to destroy the IR and wipe this EVIL off the face of the earth.
4) It is also time Israel redeems itself not only to Iranians when it had underhand secret dealings with the mullah regime but towards the peopel of Israel as well. Israel has done and arguably still doign business with the Islamic Republic. It is time that they contribute towards the regime's removal. No more talk and get going.
Only Israel is committed to regime change. I want regime change. I want to see Khamenei and Ahmadinejad hanging from Meydane Azadi(Meydane Shahriyar) so that their lifeless bodies can be seen to the pleasure of the 75 millions of Iranians who have been enslaved by EVIL.
Simorgh: Why Israel?
by Souri on Sat Feb 04, 2012 07:23 AM PSTI'm wondering why you always talk about Israel and ask help from Israel? What's the catch?
Why you say : I urge Netahyahu.... or, if I were Israel.....etc.
?
Who is Israel? I mean , why you count so much on Israel for attacking Iran?
If it is only for the liberation of the people of Iran, why you never ask this from NATO or UN, for example, but you only speak of Israel, like it is your father?
Simorge
by Soosan Khanoom on Sat Feb 04, 2012 07:07 AM PSTCan you send a petition to Israel that while it strikes it keeps our historical monuments intact? It is ok they do not have to bother with the civil casualties... there are plenty of Iranians in Iran. who cares
Good to see you Simorge jan. But please Stay away from chocolate .... It has made you so hyper lately.

Isreal's neighboring country .... On June 5 1967 Israel launched a strike against Syria, Egypt and Jordan. Israel claimed it was a pre-emptive strike in the face of a planned invasion of Israel by these countries.
" The war lasted six days. Israel's victory resulted in it gaining control of the West Bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan, the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Desert from Egypt and the Golan Heights from Syria.
The UN passed resolution 242 which stressed 'the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war' and called for Israel to withdraw from 'territories occupied in the recent conflict' as well as an end to "all claims or states of belligerency and respect for… the sovereignty… of every state in the area and their right to live in peace… free from threats or acts of force."
