Industiral accidents on worksites throughout Iran is very much undocumented and mostly unspoken. From the reports that we do have, of all the accidents and deaths caused by unsafe, hazardous working conditions, they all point to lack of a national code of industrial saftey and zero enforcement of whatever there is.
