گزارشی را که مشاهده میکنید مراسمی است که طی آن آقای برنار پوله تی سفیر سابق فرانسه ، نشان شوالیه لیاقت را بدلیل خدما ت فرهنگی خانم نازک افشار در دو دهه گذشته ، به ایشان اعطا کرد این گزلرش در برنامه شباهنگ با اجرای ماندانا تدین و بهنود مکری روز دوشنبه دواردهم ماه دسامبر از بخش فارسی صدای امریکا پخش شد.
