The need for a National Congress

The most important message of this interview was a call for a national congress. RP makes a good choice for such a congress but it needs to be as broad as possible to represent all Iranians. It needs to represent liberals, democrats, nationalists, monarchists, moderate Islamists, ethnic parties such as Kurdish parties and independents. Such congress must be committed to freedom and human rights in a united Iran. I am sure there will be no shortage of support from Iranian diaspora for such a body.

To those of us who still want to still divided and blame others for our today's problems, I would say lets get together and move on. We cannot argue over the spilled milk forever.

to the people who loves to bring old lies to explain their  revolution: 

Khomeini' regime executed more people in its first year in power than the Shah or (savak) had ALLEGEDLY killed in the previous 25 years !!

admetting that is also admetting that this revolution was not even needed and nothing  justified your bloody choice !! that's why blaming the shah its your fulltime job for iran for 32 years !!
