How does it feel

The bitter truth...

You said it better than I ever could. What you say is unfortunate but very true!

The mistake is to believe in a lie called 1979 "great" "popular" "made by the people & for the people" & "for a better Iran" revolution. I was born afterwards ...But ask those who have made the mistake to admit it. To say that they have made our country worse...that they have destroyed our futures. None would admit it. They all hang on to the same old nonsense & if they feel that you eventually might win the argument ...They will slap their own ignorance on your face saying "Ah you were not even born ...You cannot understand" !

All my life, I have been brained washed (by my family, school, government, media...) to believe in these lies ...To be honest with you, at some point, I did believe. It is so much easier to just follow, to just accept the official version of the official "deception"!

But, the deception did not last! One day, I had the courage to admit that I have made a mistake by choosing to follow and not question!

Today, I know that one cannot know it all. So, I question the unquestionable to find my way.   

major mistakes??

'We' can't even bring ourselves to admit we have made a minor mistake! We will spend endless hours, type/speak thousands of words, twist everything every which way possible to escape admitting a simple error in judgement, hell some would rather die than say 'you know what? Perhaps you're right, may be what I did was wrong'.

What is wrong with us is the bulk of our culture and the mentality it results in. Sorry if that offends some and sorry for roodeh derazi, but the timing was just too perfect!

Well, I totaly agree with you about...

...What we did was right. It was what we needed to do. You tolde me Nations do make mistakes & when they do they need to own up to it!
We need to be true in our judgments and admit to our mistakes. 

What were the mistakes that you made and you didn't admit?

What we did was right. It was what we needed to do. We were correct in our past actions. Opus...It has gone wrong ... Well it might be someone else’s fault...because it is certainly not our fault.

I think that our major problem is that we do not want to admit that we have made major mistakes. Nations do make mistakes & when they do they need to own up to it! We need to be true in our judgments and admit to our mistakes.
