Biographical Information

Bio

Sue Siami is the principal and founder of Siami HR Group, www.siamihr.com, a Human Resources Consultancy. After many years of providing HR guidance to large Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller start-ups, she launched her own Human Resources Consulting company. Her company provides human resources support to small and mid-size companies whose budget constraints do not allow for a full-time HR manager.

 

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and received a Certificate in Human Resources
Management from University of California, Irvine (UCI). She is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Professional in Human Resources(PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SRHM) as well as Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).

 

Ms. Siami has a strong affinity for women’s leadership and is actively involved
with the Iranian-American Women’s Foundation (IAWF). IAWF is a non-profit organization which aims to inspire and empower Iranian-American women from all walks of life.
