FOX News, Los Angeles (Watch video) The owner of a Santa Ana pet store was under orders Tuesday to clean unsanitary conditions that led police to remove 85 puppies, cats, rabbits and turtles. Several calls to police led officers to conduct an inspection of Village Pet Center. Officers discovered substandard conditions, and found several types of animals with varying degrees of illness, dehydration and infection, while several kennels were overcrowded, did not have any clean water and were littered with urine and feces >>>Watch video

This would have worked in "BOOZARJO MEHRI" street in Iran but not in Santa Ana::))
I feel more sorry for the animals though...
