AYATTOLAH BEHESHTI`s TV - INTERVIEW 1979
by Farbors Maleknasri M.D. (not verified) on Tue Jan 01, 2008 09:05 AM PSTIt is now more than 26 years that he had to die. Fora long time he was for me the porential successor - to my opinion the superman - Ayatollah Khomeini. at the time he died i was in a suppressed mud. I liked him. Every body was sure it were the Mojahedins. innocent Mojahedins young students refugees and likewise individualls meant it were the, stilpowerfull, Mojahedins. 1981 after his death I heard Beheshti was for many years candidate for IMAMAT of the Emam Ali(s) Mosque in Hamburg/west Germany. But his majesty, the most last perserkaiser had not agreed. But suddenly he had agreed and Beheshti went to Hamburg. His successore was the late President of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of IRAN, Ayattolah Khatami. he also had accepted the lady Schimmel. I explain this Lady after some more words. The question: why Shah agreed? spoke gegen Beheshti. In the early 9ties it came out that the "Orientalist & Iranist & Islamspecialised" german Lady Anne Marie Schimmel( in Farsi: kappak zadeh) - who was the Hitlers Translator for arabic language and undaubtedly self a Fashist had great influence in the Mosque in Hamburg. To my opinion Beheshti must have had very near relation to this Lady. His western kind of speaking and his Body language is not purely iranian. What I hear now from him is not that what motivated the Iranians - I mean the ones who have founded thier ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of IRAN, are living there and are willing to protect it to eternity - to revolt against devilich Powers. His words do not fit with the ideals of the revolution. What should it mean: The Interrests of all groups must be respected? Also the Interrests of the little ones who seek REFORMs? Reforms are no revolutionary action. Reforms are typically western way to hold out and keeping away the population and continue to keeping them as slaves. Beheshti accentuates the words MOSLES COUNTRYMATES too strong and too often. He had learned intensively the Islam sciences but to my opinion he was not a person who wanted Iranians go the way which they are gone and Iranians would not have achieved during the last 30 years what they have. Later on, it may have been in the middle 9ties somebody told me for him it was now clear it were not the Mojahedins. shortly after the revolution and escaping of bani Sadre the Mojahedins had zero power in Iran. They had not the facilities to bomb down The Ayatollah. he said: it were they, themselves. he continued: Beheshti was for very near relationship to euorop ( as bani Sadre? ) and under nearly sameconditions as to the times of TAGHUT. Did they not know that the real Boss in euorope was and is stil the Great satan? In that region is that satan stil great. My answer was: If it is so as you say I find it good that he does not live longer. What I find admirable on Behashti today are his powerfull Hands and his nearly abnormaly long thumbs. With these attributes he could have been a ideal Gynecologist& Obstertrician. Last Rremark: Necktei had never been a typically iranian way of dressing. Greeting
What about the rest
by Iranboy on Tue Jan 01, 2008 08:48 AM PSTWhy did he say "Salam bar mosalmanan". What about others. What the hell was he saying? Shame on him! They call him Doctor! Yes, Dr.Evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bombollah
by changiz khan (not verified) on Tue Jan 01, 2008 08:43 AM PSTMr B was made a bombollah by a group known as Forghan, who was an off-shoot of the extreme right wing faction of the Islamic regime. He was a comparatively junior in regards to knowledge and clerical seniority and by no means a rival to khomenini. He was sent by the Shah's government to Germany to run the Islamic mission there - a position that was later handed over to Khatami. He was in all terms a Rasputin-like character in the ealry days of the regime.
Mystery man
by Free thinker (not verified) on Tue Jan 01, 2008 08:27 AM PSTI was a kid when I first saw him on tv. He is charismatic and well spoken. I wonder what would have come out of him, had he survived.
And who killed him? Another mystery in Iranian contemporary history. I can only hope to live and witness some of these mysteries solved,in my life time.
But then again, the cloud of "conspiracy" will always float over this matter. Some of us will buy the official or coventional inquiry, and the rest of us still looking for the "real" answer.
Ayatollah Beheshti!
by Naazokbin (not verified) on Tue Jan 01, 2008 06:25 AM PSTDarius,
It was mullahs rivalry that killed him. Mullahs purging mullahs. There's a rumor the man behind the bombing resides in the U.S. But rumors are rumors and we won't know the facts surrounding this incident until after the fall of the regime.
Mujahedin first took responsibility for the bombing, but several days later they denied having had anything to do with it.
The Red Ayatollah
by Darius Kadivar on Tue Jan 01, 2008 05:58 AM PSTBeheshty was a direct rival to Khomeiny. He was also quite educated and I think spoke German and French fluently. He was however quite close to the leftist parties. He ultimately blew up with his constitution though along with other members of the Parliament in a plot.
I don't remember if it was the MKO that killed him or other groups. It seemed to serve the interests of his rivals ultimatel. The Journalist's of the Television were still clean shaved and could wear the tie at the time before the cultural purge that followed in Television and all medias to impose the Islamic code of conduct and looks.
