Hypocricy
by YT (not verified) on Wed Dec 31, 2008 09:34 AM PSTIt is such a despicable and ugly hypocrisy for a genocidal and blood thirsty regime such as Zionist to compare Iran to Nazi Germany.
Bibi stop making fool of yourself, world has come to know your true blood sucking and BABY KILLING nature. Go destroy some homes, and target practice with Palestinian women and children. Iran is way too big of bite for you to be able to swallow. While you are at it, get more innocent Israeli children to sign the bombs you are gonna drop on hospitals and schools.

Bibi is the man for the Job!
by Arash Kamangir (not verified) on Tue Dec 30, 2008 01:46 AM PSTBibi is with no doubt the best man for the job in Israel. He knows how to deal with terrorists such as IRI, Hizbollah, Hamas and Syria. He will make sure that the islamist thugs pay heavily for their acts. Terrorists cannot mess with Bibi.
Long live Iran
Anonmous8 and AnonymousIAM
by Zion on Tue Dec 30, 2008 02:19 AM PSTHappy to see you loved the interview so much. Did you agree with his ideas about preferring to die and kill rather than an unjust peace, and the need for war and bloodshed for those who want to live in freedom? You know, the "never forget never forgive" thing. You think Iranian population are also entitled to the same principles? You approve of bloodshed in Iran to free the people? That they should never forgive your IRI buddies, that progress, peace and learning from the past should not prevent the necessary not forgive doctrine and the need for bloodshed to be free in Iran too?
Or as usual, the support you have for the dear Palestinians and Lebanese is not something those "racist" Iranians are entitled to?
There is no key
by Zion on Mon Dec 29, 2008 07:15 PM PSTI've already explained the point. The conflict would have ended a long time ago had the natural state of affairs been allowed to go through. The victor sets the new conditions, the defeated party accepts them, a resolution is reached, everyone goes back to rebuild the damages and in time the tension ceases. In case of Israel of course we know such a thing will never be allowed, so Israel wins wars and yet because of international pressure, including immense US pressure, it is the arabs who set conditions for Israel to accept. So the defeated party has no incentive and no reason to accept the status quo and end the constant assaults. It will do that to gain more advantages, since either way, win or lose, it will further its interests and agenda.
So the reality is that this case is not a natural one and will not be allowed to resolve ordinarily. Therefore there is no key to end the conflict. Israel simply has to keep fighting to survive until only very gradually all the cultural and ideological arsenal of her enemies are frustrated away. It will be a very long process and will come only at the price of a lot of civilian suffering on both sides. Culture changes very slowly, and in this case nothing but a gradual change of the arab/Islamic culture will end the conflict.
I have not made any comments in support of what Bibi is saying here So I don't see why you keep associating me with his positions all the time. I agree with some and disagree with others. He is not my choice of prime minister of Israel because of his very poor track record as PM.
And Mr. Rosenberg here is actually on your side. He is just being sarcastic.
Anonymous7, I clearly agree with the lunacy of following the radical Left's advice in implementing policies. How can anyone doubt this?
Weltschmerz and Karma
by Anonymous on Mon Dec 29, 2008 07:02 PM PSTLove thy neighbor, the Iranian government should begin with recognizing Bahais, the Israeli government should begin with recognizing the universality of the Abrahamic context of "the holy land", there is no place for subterfugal ethnocentric weltenschauungs filled with linebreeding recidivistic invidiousness.

Finkelstein ...Blitzer ... Zion .. Solution ?
by Darius Kadivar on Mon Dec 29, 2008 06:44 PM PSTI saw this interview but I have no particular opinion on this gentleman. All I can say is that the Israelians are caught in a vicious circle and the fact that the debate between Blitzer and Finkelstein I have posted is exactly 20 years and one month old and yet the issues mentioned are still prevailing today proves that the debate has not advanced an INCH in 20 years.
So what do you suggest Zion ?
I am certainly not an authority on the Israeli Palestinian Conflict but You and Netanyahu and the fellow Max Rosenberg here are certainly VERY ignorant when it comes to Iranian History and realities ...
I do not ignore the Syrian and Iranian support for both the Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza but The Palestinian Problem is essentially Your Problem and your successive governments have always been fully aware of the different dillemas and power struggles in the region but and even despite the end of the Cold War 20 years ago and the different lost oppurtunities ( some for which Yasser Arafat and the PLO have a responsability in missing them by not having accepted certain constructive suggestions made by their Israelian counterparts) you still are faced with the same dillemas today and you have not been able to find nor offer a solution to this enduring crisis.
The Key to putting an end to terrorism in the region can only be a Political solution and not a military one even if some may be justified even the very recent one like in Gaza however disproportional. But till when can you continue on this pace ?
The Romans had to give in to the Jews and Christians after centuries of occupation. PAX ROMANA did not survive no more than PAX TELAVIV has today in the occupied territories...
You will have to come to the conclusion that some other approach may be needed otherwise the cycle of violence will see no end and in 20 years the Blitzer-Finkelstein debate will prevail just like today ...
So whats the Solution ? You seem to criticize easily but offer no alternative solution no more than your current leaders !
Mr. Kadivar & Zion
by Anonymous7 (not verified) on Mon Dec 29, 2008 06:18 PM PSTI just watched the 1989 video from Mr. Finkelstein and in it (if you watched it) he mocks Wolf Blitzer by saying...."What does Israel have to fear from a Palestinian State in Gaza and West Bank since its the 4th strongest military power in the world....." He repeats this a few time in a few different ways....well 20 years later and we now see what Israel has to fear:
1) Rockets aimed at civilian Populations
2) Suicide Bombers
3) Infighting among Palestinians for Power
4) Israel facing international condemnation/pressure when it responds to the above as we see now with Gaza.
I am not saying that Israel has no blame in this. However, do you see what happens when you follow the advice and analysis of these loonies from the left?

G-d Damn The Evil Iranians
by Max Rosenberg (not verified) on Mon Dec 29, 2008 05:50 PM PSTThe Evil Iranians that are intent on gaining nuclear energy don't have a right to it. They should just give us our Oil for free! Why is gasoline so expensive? Gasoline should be 99 cents a gallon. To hell with the Iranians. They are a bunch of smelly pistachio smelling people. Israel has a right to smash Iran. Israel should make Iran one big parking lot. Let America, NATO and the UN bomb the crap out of Iran. And bomb that Persepolis place and level it, I saw "300" and the Iranians are Barbarians.
Here is Finkelstein in all his glory:

Bibi
by Kaveh Nouraee on Mon Dec 29, 2008 12:42 PM PSTand his cohorts are one of the primary causes why there is continuous conflict and bloodshed. As are the criminals in the Palestinian leadership.
As long as the Arabs continue to look to Hamas and Hezbollah to act as their pit bulls, and as long as this revolving core group of Israeli politicians afflicted with bloodlust keep up this charade, we all might as well be resigned to the fact that nothing will change.

I think he confused Israel with Iran-typical Israeli propaganda!
by Ari (not verified) on Mon Dec 29, 2008 09:25 AM PSTNo sir, Iran is not Germany and Ahmadinejad is not Hitler despite the Zionist State's massive propaganda machine to distort the truth about itself.
The Zionist vision has robbed a people of all of their rights, of a homeland, has continued to humiliate, terrorize with the bayonet and the bomb in order to create a Jewish State. This was never accomplishment by a wish for peaceful co-existence; this was never the intent as David Ben-Gurion himself noted: " After we become a strong force, as a result of the creation of a state, we shall abolish partition and expand into the whole of Palestine….Let us not ignore the truth among ourselves, politically we are the aggressors and they will defend themselves… the country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country…."
And as
Joseph Weitz wrote: 'It must be clear that there is no room for both peoples in this country...The Zionist enterprise so far...has been fine and good in its own time, and could do with 'land buying' - but this will not bring about the State of Israel; that must come all at once, in the manner of a Salvation (this is the secret of the Messianic idea); and there is no way besides transferring the Arabs from here to the neighboring countries, to transfer them all; except maybe for Bethlehem, Nazareth and Old Jerusalem, we must not leave a single village, not a single tribe'...
"For the entire day of April 9, 1948, Irgun and LEHI soldiers carried out the slaughter in a cold and premeditated fashion...The attackers 'lined men, women and children up against the walls and shot them,'...The ruthlessness of the attack on Deir Yassin shocked Jewish and world opinion alike, drove fear and panic into the Arab population, and led to the flight of unarmed civilians from their homes all over the country." Israeli author, Simha Flapan, "The Birth of Israel."
"By 1948, the Jew was not only able to 'defend himself' but to commit massive atrocities as well. Indeed, according to the former director of the Israeli army archives, 'in almost every village occupied by us during the War of Independence, acts were committed which are defined as war crimes, such as murders, massacres, and rapes'...Uri Milstein, the authoritative Israeli military historian of the 1948 war, goes one step further, maintaining that 'every skirmish ended in a massacre of Arabs.'"
And by God with force and a powerful military, use of violence, terror, massacres in a cold and premeditated fashion they have continued to do so without impunity for over 60 years with total disregard to UN Resolutions; with total disregard to the Geneva Convention and with total disregard to the human sacrifices.
Palestine has become nothing but a ghetto does this remind you of another ghetto? Like the one in POLAND?

What did you mean with bringing up the fake story in this thread, Darius?
For Zion & Netanyahu ;0)
by Darius Kadivar on Mon Dec 29, 2008 04:24 AM PSTYou two should Marry one another ...
Holocaust 'love story' was fake (bbc)A US publisher has cancelled publication of a Holocaust memoir after its author revealed that he had made up crucial parts of it.
Herman Rosenblat did survive a German concentration camp, but he did not fall in love with a girl who threw him food over the fence, as stated in the book.
Instead, he met her on a blind date in New York and married her 50 years ago.

Not that I'm saying I'm responsible for shutting up Benjamin Netanyahu... I wish I had that honor. But mine was typical of a backlash he got for his rediculous public relations stunt.
