OK, when you listen to Ahmadinejad giving this speech to a bunch of
Mullah/talabeh, he comes across as an intellectually challenged person who is
deeply mired in the Shiite beliefs. However, let us not forget that there are
also other zealots in the Evangelical Christian community who belive in events
such as The Rapture and the fact that something is going to give way in the Holy Land (modern Israel), ensuring the rise of Jesus Christ, the Rapture and the
overcome of Good vs Evil. All pure crap if I may opine.

One interesting observation is this:

Then after this section he starts talking about the 12th Imam in detail, and how he is not absent in some remote location but that he is actually managing the world. . .that's the part you are referring to Toofan. He clearly talks about the invading force in Iraq being aware and concerned of the coming of the 12th Imam as the "deeper" reasong for the invasion.

Unfortunately even when you try to interpret this guy under the best light, he comes across as a moron!
