Dark Mythic Flames of history
Sweep far across an eastern sea
Seething through society
Destroying all tranquility

Chronicles from ancient lands
Gripped tautly by medieval hands
Black the red hearts which they fan
Turn the world back into sand

Misguided by theocracy
Blinded with hypocrisy
Untruths form its self prophecy
To justify atrocity

In the smoke truth must be found
As hate bleeds love into the ground
Spreads disdain without a bound
Hope cries loud amid no sound

Shed the chains shed the tears
Cross the bridge over the fear
A new age will unite all here
Where free souls may shine so clear
