Photo essay: Tehran international flowers and plants show

Flowers are an important part of the Iranian lifestyle, playing a major role in a wide array of events from simple celebrations to mournful occasions, so when the opportunity presented itself on Monday, I went to the 9th Tehran International Exhibition of Flowers and Plants in the Tehran Municipality's Exhibition Center in Goftogoo Park. There was an amazing array of flowers and plants from the Iranian growers, as well as gardening equipments and other products from many participating countries included Russia, Armenia, Thailand, the Netherlands, China, France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Egypt, the UK, Italy, Finland and the United Arab Emirates.
