It is shocking that US cities lag behind Singapore, Hong Kong, and a Mexican city! The World is changing.....OMG! I recall AN mentioned in one of his speeches that "American empire is collapsing.."

The list makes me think!

 Thank you for the link. It is interesting that Khamenei ranks lower than Mike Bloomberg, Kim Jong Il, and Osama Bin Laden, but ranks higher than Russian president and Benjamin Netanyahu.
