Certainly certain

Certainly certain

Graduation time has arrived

not celebrating, not wearng cap and gown

marking the moment with a wishful sigh

two questions circle

busily chatting with each other

A dream asks them to speak with inside voices

And the fear commands them

"get the hell out of here"

My eyes now travel to sure-footed ones,

huge caps they have become

Emperors with no clothes

worlds already conquered

They are certainly certain

I question, dream, sigh and fear

afraid of all who are certainly certain.

Sounds good Fesenjoon2

Road trip after graduation somehow sounds like right thing to do. These days it seem that my trips are short though. Thanks for the idea.

I didnt wear a cap and gown either. Instead, I took off on a long road trip to satisfy my del.

Coming out of the school's womb into the world is indeed scary.
