Is Wikileaks a possible CIA front?

The report makes the point that some people
believe that Wikileaks is actually a front for the CIA. It also makes
the point that Wikileaks could be used by interested parties for
'perception management'. It also points out that because Wikileaks
depends on the anonymity of its sources to function effectively, as its
'centre of gravity', the legal prosecution of a source would be a
sufficient condition to undermine it.

That it was created by the Cia to spread propaganda against nations, they just pretended that it was stolen from them. I don't know though.
