I understand your point but what about the rest.....
by Kurdish warrior (not verified) on Thu Jan 17, 2008 03:33 AM PSTIran is not Tehran...Unfortunately Iran is still behind because of the current regime....Tehran might look ok but what about the rest of the country (Kurdistan, Baluchistan, Khuzestan or even Azerbaijan where cities are so underdeveloped, unemployment so high and etc. We need to look at Iran as whole.
Compare Iran in 3 decades vs Ireland in 1 decade
by on your face (not verified) on Wed Jan 16, 2008 09:08 PM PSTRemember Ireland and red army explosions there and how meager looking and deprived Ireland was! You may want to see its progress in every facet of life in ONLY one decade and then compare it with Iran having all richness presented to her. Then, you realize how ruthlessly these non-Iranian mafia mullah clans have robbed Iranian people in last three decades.
IT STILL LOOKS LIKE 1979
by Anonymous_Flowers (not verified) on Wed Jan 16, 2008 08:14 PM PSTwhat do you all mean , "tehran has changed"? compared to what? I'm not implying that the city looks like a shanty town but come on, if Iran were democratic or atleast allied with the west....who knows who glorious the city would look like, iran cerntainly has the potiental that it never lives up to.
I missed Our Iran

It changed a lot, man.
Thanks Daryush
I agree with Navidk
by XerXes (not verified) on Wed Jan 16, 2008 02:30 PM PSTIranians are great, unfortunately we are stuck by this backwardness. I also think that we do have hope to modify the mullahs in a long run. Once Velayat e Faghih is gone, Iran begins to become normal.

Modern Iran
by navidk (not verified) on Wed Jan 16, 2008 01:41 PM PSTDaryush,
This program shows how talented Iranians are, and how savage, barbaric, and inhuman the Islamic Republic of Iran is. Thing will change soon. The Iranians who were born during the revolution will over through this despotic and barbaric regime.
