* * * *

* * * *

* * * *

Tragic

by Princess on

I don't know if I can describe this unbearably tragic story as beautiful, but your poem is.

I can't help but think of young children who are left motherless, a man who is spineless, a young woman who has wasted all this love, and a justice system which is fundamentally flawed. Having said all that, one cannot help but be moved by all this. And then this photo, which seems to capture it all

Thanks for sharing your touching poem.

Devastating poem, Divaneh!

Yet, as solace to the other victim in this tragedy:

Monda

Monda

Tragically beautiful!

The timing, the photo, the poem, the story

Divaneh with this you made her, eternal.  How you saw through the cloud of the proceedings, judges, screams, confessions, denials convulsive outbursts and all for the man who sat there and watched her die.  How can one not fall in love with her.

Majid

Priceless!

God bless her soul...Romantic tonight divaneh?..your blog may not be the right place but ..was wondering...Never been romanticaly involved with an irani woman as an adult so romantic words in farsi look kinda weird cheezzi & foreign..what do you tell an irani woman ,,ohhh asheghetam... ohhh soghra azizeh delem....ohh cheghadr to baa mazeii..ayy habibam ayy ... ...I cant even say this crap with a straight face....Guess romance for me is better expressed in experience than in words.

& as i said blessed be her soul but there are worthier more immediate causes, & some of em still alive like the 10 million teenage Iranian girls in virtual bondage

Cheers pal!!!

Red Wine

divaneh,so beautiful, it reminds us once it was different

Divaneh jan, Souri is right. This is a master piece. So musical to ear and everything, I don't want to list all elements of a good poem that yours has. Most important is that it connects with the reader and reminds us of the beauty that is present in love but can die some day.

Souri

Souri

Speechless!

Divaneh jon, this is a masterpiece! I just can't say anything to describe my admiration for this amazing flow of sadness and trueness.

Yes this is called a Flight ! A true lover's Flight!
