Too Desperate, Too Late
by Mehrdad A on Tue Dec 04, 2012 07:49 AM PSTIt would be way too simplistic to expect justice served in this case, mainly because those who have to serve it are political sophists. Plus, the time for this was when the MEK was on the list. The clumsy body language of the woman who stumbles for words and the unimportant piece of paper of the names are just a few to undermine the incontrovertibility of the evidence.
It is like you want to do justice to those whose rights have been violated under IRI. The other example is Israel and Hamas. Both kill, and no one serves anyone any justice. Rest assured that the MEK will continue to enjoy the support of both sides of the US political aisles.
fdoml
by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on Mon Dec 03, 2012 06:43 PM PSTI second your suggestion, its aim of seeking justice for the victims is totally appropriate.
As for it affecting USA plans it won't affect MeK recruiting at all, like the IRI the MeKs strength was never electoral so it is not from the people, but from their ability to inflict violence to beat and crush defenseless people in terms of terror and through tyranny after IRI is brought down.

by firstdayofmylife on Mon Dec 03, 2012 05:21 PM PSTThese women instead of letting themselves to be used as Islamic republic's propagnada tool, they should file charges both civil and criminal charges against Rajavi and Maryam. Let the court investigate the veracity of these allegations while exposing MEK's abominable cult legally to those neocons who want to install these morons to replace IRI.
Let's get some justice for these women and simultaneously expose the perverse and pathetic cult that has perpatrated these crimes against its members.
Faramarz, I agree
by Mehrban on Mon Dec 03, 2012 04:13 PM PSTAll of these allegations should be taken seriously and followed up. They are serious enough not to ignore.
On the cult idea, please remember, these people were running for their lives. Many of their Colleagues (?) were slaughtered in IR's prisons many of them with no crime other than distributing leaflets. Maryam Rajavi's younger sister was murdered while pregnant along with her husband. I am saying this because it is important to understand their circumstances, between a rock and a hard place. Of course non of this means that one should not take the allegations seriously.
I personally don't see why Masoud.R. needed to sleep with all these women and if he did, how come the men at the camp never said anything? Is it humanly possible that they were ignorant of it for 30 years? Anyway I repeated my rhetorical and plausible question because it may have been drowned by a bunch of jibrish before.

Antellectual was a correct term which meant Anti-intellectual
by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on Mon Dec 03, 2012 12:32 PM PSTThe Truth matters and is something that each time it is
misrepresented, which is almost all the time in the west/USA/UK, intelligent
Iranians are going realize the importance of discovering the truth and not just say "we don't support monarchy, we want a
republic". They are going to find and highlight the facts, by those who
misrepresent them either knowingly or unconsciously in order to serve Iranians so the peoples actions are not like the past the result of Anti-intellectuals or pseudo-intellectuals who make up their minds and then express themselves based on their knowledge from the TV or political organization.
Lest we forget what Irans Anti-Intellectuals are and were guilty of in 1978/9 as well as today,
just because the colonial power of the day in their media and text
books called the late king, a meglomaniac, a despot, an autocrat, a
tyrant and a dictator. It shows extremely poor taste at this point in
time to not be able to state the truth, which opposes these
descriptions, that at no time did the king break laws, excercise
absolute power or do anything other than ensure Iranians were
Independent and Free. Anti-intellectuals who by definition were ignorant
because their sources of Information were political groups and tv could not realize Iranians were independent and free and it was the USA which
opposed these for Iran and so went after the late Shah. Their minds were
too dominated to realize the importance of independently searching for
the facts from primary sources. Not unlike shazde or our commie.

by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on Mon Dec 03, 2012 12:22 PM PSTThe USA is the colonial power of 1979 and today where both republicans
and democrats came togehter with the consent of the people and destroyed
an entire regions progress towards democracy and made it look like they
were the good guys of course wearing those bright white hats for
democracy and they were removing black hatted monster who was not a
democrat, its dispicable to repeat it all, as it is untrue what they
implied of the late shah. The late shah was one of the entire worlds
greatest democrats in the last century and Iranians were deceived on him
and then thwarted using the deadly deceit on iranians regarding the honest and gradual approach that was necessary for Iran to move
towards democracy that the late shah had envisioned and worked his life
for.
My Two Rials!
by Faramarz on Mon Dec 03, 2012 12:06 PM PSTGenerally speaking, when one gets to take a look at a cult, almost everyone looks guilty; the cult leader, the enforcers, and the adults who willingly joined the cult. Only the children are innocent and deserve the outmost love and care.
Now, despite all the dirt on Mr. Sobhani, if all these allegations turnout to be true, including the removal of 95 women’s uteruses, MEK will be in deep trouble and at a minimum, no US lawmakers, neither current nor former, would want to be seen with these guys in public. So I think that MEK will suffer a major blow because of this, unless these people are lying through their teeth.
We can see the same blowback with NIAC. Ever since the word got out that these people were not on the level, no public figure wants to be seen or take pictures with the dudes.
According to Mehrban,
by Soosan Khanoom on Mon Dec 03, 2012 10:50 AM PSTNasrin is an IRI supporter, reformists and Islamists.
Shame ... last thing Nasrin needs is people like Mehrban to defend her.
But if Nasrin Stodudeh was free she would also be a great lawyer for defending these women and bring the MEK leaders to an international court? and she would do it!
These women are confessing but you do not even believe their confession then you won't believe their lawyer should it be Nasrin or anyone else either?
By the way, does not the word Islamists applies to MEK more than Iranian muslim reformists ? Or we should keep Islamists title for us and call Masud , Maryam , the MEK clowns and their sympathizers the freedom fighters?
Do you know what? do us a favor and do not waste your freedom fighting time on Reformists in Iran ..
keep bargaining with Faramarz ..... all is good in camp ashraf ! Oh so good !
I can see now clearly, the rain has gone ...
I can see all the obstacles on my way
Lal La La la
Do not worry Maryam and masud are getting presidential treatment by Hillary .. it is the Iranian reformists or according to you the Islamists butt that needs to be kicked !
I am not coming back to read your comments mean while feel free to report me and deport me .... write a letter, sign it and send it to the Fox news .. they will take care of me and all the reformists! they will kick our butts in no time!

Everything is sacred
In every civilized country's court and any decent gathering.....
by Mehrban on Mon Dec 03, 2012 10:40 AM PSTeveryone is need of defense that is why there are lawyers that is why Nasrin Sotoudeh is in chains for having defended her clients most of whom IR would execute without proper defense. I don't expect myopic Islamists to understand this, if they did Nasrin would not be in jail.
My comments generally are not directed to professional hoochis, it is for people whose opinion matter.

by Soosan Khanoom on Mon Dec 03, 2012 09:59 AM PSThere on this site... poor souls they keep bargaining with Faramraz ... baba he just posts these!
Like Masud and Maryam need someone to defend their crazy state of mind and entire being! or we even need a video to prove it further that they are bunch of sick people.. although I am shocked hearing the depth of things stated by these women...
Fine, all the videos are IRI manufactured propaganda !
now i know where all those hates come from on this site ! LOL
I won't refute the testimonials......
by Mehrban on Mon Dec 03, 2012 09:41 AM PSTbut few things come to mind. First of all this almost exclusive focus on elicit sexual acts has IR's brand of preoccupation. Secondly, why? why would M.R. want to sleep with all these women (no joke responses please) and if so, in the thirty years that they spent in Camp Ashraf, the men (mostly moslen and believers) did not find out about this and had a riot.
The camera pans away from Sobhani and the woman next to him, when he whispers in her ears, while she is giving her testimonial. The one most credible (appearing to me) was the last woman, with a faint Rashti accent who only talked about the similar approach of Mojaheds to IR when it came to suppression of women.
PS, Giving away people's names in relation to such dire matters is gravely unethical.

That Guy...
by Mehrdad A on Sun Dec 02, 2012 01:39 PM PSTSobhani's presence and moderating this panel is inherently troubling. No one has escaped the regime's prisons, let alone a high-profile Mojahed member of central committee with a decade-long residence at Ashraf. Everyone knows he and a bunch were released and sent to Europe.
Sexual abuse and exploitation are not ideologically bent. From ideological regimes to self-righteous groups and cults have often committed the most egregious violations against women - and of course sexually. That doesn't lessen the culpability of anyone including the MEK either. Still, my visceral feelings about Sobhanni undermine the credibility of the panel.
SAM, dear
by MM on Sun Dec 02, 2012 12:16 PM PSTIn your blog, I agreed with you that a coalition is needed. My point here was that you are not going to see the high ranking MeK members sitting with anybody, discussing democracy. However, I am totally with you in assimilating the low-ranking MeK members back into the society as well as forming alliances with them against the IRI.
Shazde Jaan
by Faramarz on Sun Dec 02, 2012 12:05 PM PSTI totally hear you, but here is where I disagree with you.
I don't believe that MEK is what scares the Regime. The IR Regime, in my view, is afraid of two things; millions of Iranians pouring into the streets, and the military might of the US.
The Regime has seen both of these powerful enemies in action in recent years. They thought that they had a solution for the millions of Iranians pouring into the streets, until they saw the situation in Syria.
As for the US military might, the Regime can only take comfort in the fact that for the time-being, there will not be any boots on the ground in Iran, only sneakers!
Faramarz jan: all of us would look real ugly under a microscope
by Shazde Asdola Mirza on Sun Dec 02, 2012 11:50 AM PSTAfter the Great Revulsion of 1979, the Iranian society exploded; and all of us became torn, injured and distorted in so many ways. Therefore, if you place any politically inclined Iranian under the microscope, you may be revulsed too.
But what can we do? That's what has happened, and that's what we got.
As for the Shah era: yes, there were issues and problems at the time too ... some very serious. However, that is way in the past, and we need to more forward.
Forward means destroying the IRI police-state, and replacing it with something more in line with the good-natured and nice-cultured side of the Iranian society ... and away from our ugly side.
To that end, as dear MM has surmised, I am ready to respect the rights of MeK, Reza Pahlavi, Commies, Mosaddeghists, Kurds, Turks ... in fighting the good fight, within a democratic and free from witch-hunt framework.
Honestly, this video is a witch-hunt piece, doctored by the IRI friendly characters to hurt what they assume to be their most dangerous mortal enemy (MeK).

Dear Shazde
by Faramarz on Sun Dec 02, 2012 11:14 AM PSTI looked up the guy who is sitting at the top of the table, Mohammad Hossein Sobhani and there is a lot of dirt on him. He was at the Camp and I guess after they took his wife he fled to Iran, was picked up by the Iraqis, was swapped for the Iraqi prisoners, was turned over to the Regime, went to prison, claims that he escaped and sought asylum in Germany, and according to MEK is a Vevak agent.
But none of that takes away from the look on these women faces and the fact that they have been through a lot of suffering at the Camp.
At the end of the day, MEK, Islamists and the garden-variety Commies destroyed the Iranian society and as the lady in Part 4 said, MEK wanted to save the Iranian women from the late Shah's tyranny! I have yet to run into a single woman of any prominence that has complained about the status of women under the Shah.
To sum it up, the IR Regime is criminal, MEK is a sick cult, Commies are no good, and NIAC is an opportunist lobbyist.
Whenever I hear from any of these people, I just want to take a shower and get cleaned up!

by Shazde Asdola Mirza on Sun Dec 02, 2012 10:04 AM PSTA bit of digging shows that the ring master of this show: Hossein Sobhani is a very IRI friendly character.
No surprise that our resident NIAC member (MM) is all over this!
Mojahedin are crazy, but IRI has drove them to maddness.
Faramarz and Mehrban
by MM on Sun Dec 02, 2012 09:07 AM PST2. In the videos, the ladies talks about how Masoud is beyond critism and everything is approved by president Maryam. I would call that pimping for her hubby. The forced divorce of the lower ranks is well documented by the outside observers and those who have escaped the camp. As a matter of fact, that is the dividing line (for me) for those who need to answer in the court of law.
The tactics used here are similar to other cults such as Rev Jones in Jonestown.
Mehrban
by Faramarz on Sun Dec 02, 2012 09:00 AM PSTI don't believe that force was used on women to have sex with Rajavi, but they were encouraged and persuaded to do so. Also removing women's internal organs against their will and without their knowledge is criminal, to say the least.
As a side note, I hope that these revelations will not be used by NIAC as a validation of their position on MEK. NIAC is against MEK because they see MEK aligned with AIPAC. The issue of the people at Camp Ashraf is an Iranian issue and has nothing to do with Regime-friendly lobbyists.
MM jaan,
by Mehrban on Sun Dec 02, 2012 05:52 PM PSTWhere is the tape that "Maryam pimped the women" and" lower ranks were forced to sleep with Masoud Rajavi"?
What I heard from the first woman in the video posted by Faramarz was that they were encouraged to talk to Masoud Rajavi about intimate issues.
The woman that talked in the video part 4 said that she was surprised when she heard about sexual relations but now that she sees the necklaces with Masoud Rajavi's face, she is convinced.
