"My Way" is just a song
by Kaveh Nouraee on Thu May 21, 2009 02:59 PM PDTAll you have done so far is to post twice, first accusing me of being brainwashed, then patronizing me.
So far, that makes two opportunities that you have squandered to "enlighten me" and tell the truth as you see it.
If you're truly interested in doing so, you would have at least offered something by now to corroborate your position.
Ok, let's have it your way Kaveh
by farokh2000 on Thu May 21, 2009 02:25 PM PDTIt seems there is really no use of arguing with you since you really don't want to know the truth.
Therefore, you are 100% right.
Enjoy!

by Kaveh Nouraee on Thu May 21, 2009 02:17 PM PDTUS troops went into Afghanistan first because that is where bin Laden was said to be hiding. As to Iraq, we all know about the faulty intel concerning the WMDs. That broken record has been played over and over again.
"So, why did Bush invade Iraq and Afghanistan who had nothing to do with it and not Saudi Arabia?"
I honestly expected better from you than to ask such a question.
Did Saudi Arabia train them? NO. Was bin Laden in Saudi Arabia? NO.
By asking such a question you create the impression that if the hijackers were Iranian, you would call for the US to go into Iran, even though the hijackers weren't trained there.
As to question why the government allowed members of the bin Laden family to leave the US the next day, again it appears that I overestimated you.
The only thing you should be apologizing for is the suggestion that I could be brainwashed.
Dear Kaveh
by farokh2000 on Thu May 21, 2009 01:01 PM PDTI am sorry, but you are dead wrong and have no clue what happened and who was responsible for 9/11.
You are only getting excited because the controlled media fed you what they wanted you to believe. Simple act of Brain Washing. And you had yours washed too.
Isn't it a known fact that 13 of the 19 so called "terrorists" of 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia?
So, why did Bush invade Iraq and Afghanistan who had nothing to do with it and not Saudi Arabia?
Was Osama not from Saudi Arabia, blamed for 9/11?.
Why did the Government send out planes to pick up all his family members and move them out of the Country the next day so that they would be safe?
Hope you can find answers to these simple questions before making judgements so harsh.
Best of luck to you.
a man with principles
by Niloufar Parsi on Thu May 21, 2009 12:54 PM PDTgreat to see.
'we only seem to waterboard muslims'...'i am ashamed of my country'...'torture is wrong'...
this is a true patriot
I respect his view
by Kaveh Nouraee on Thu May 21, 2009 11:30 AM PDTbut I disagree with it.
Sorry. This is war. Khalid Sheikh Mohammad being waterboarded doesn't make me lose a moment of sleep. Any of these animals who were involved in 9/11 don't deserve a shred of mercy, and they don't deserve being treated humanely.
Yes, Jesse Ventura makes a very valid point that the U.S. should place themselves "up here" as opposed to "down there". In an ideal world, taking the higher ground is always the best way to go.
But, sometimes when you are in a fight with the lowest of the low, in order to destroy your enemy, you have to get in the gutter with them. Especially when these lowlifes operate with the mindset of having nothing to lose.
Jesse should run for President!
by IRANdokht on Thu May 21, 2009 05:38 PM PDTI thought this was a repeat of Captain's video and didn't open it until now...
Nice clip! I am glad he responded the way he did, that little blond chick looked even more stupid arguing with him.
Thanks for the clip!

At least he is honest
by farokh2000 on Thu May 21, 2009 09:08 AM PDTHe is straight forward and honets and that is why he could never survive the madness of the Political System in this Country.
I wish we could see his comments on the Network Stations as well.
Torture is illigal, no matter what.
In this case, when you have illigally invaded a Country, it is even worse. It is inhumane and criminal.
Hope the bastards who are responsible are tried and punished, legally, of course.
Thanks for posting this clip.
Waterboarding IS torture.
