Am I the only one who has noticed that user Fred is able to post a blog every single day exactly at 1:00 a.m.? It would be so cool to learn how to do this! I mean can you imagine? We can have different groups of users post their blogs at exactly the same time every day, thereby differentiating themselves from the rest. The schedule could look something like this:
1:00 a.m. Human Rights Activists Aiming To Bomb Iran, Tabrik!
2:00 a.m. IRI Apologists Incognito
3:00 a.m. Neocon Iran Liberators
4:00 a.m. Cyrus The Great Daydreamers
5:00 a.m. Wannabe Poets At Heart
6:00 a.m. Iranian Men Dedicated To Iranian Models
7:00 a.m. Copy-Pasters Anonymous
8:00 a.m. Retired Savaki Agents In Exile
9:00 a.m. Out of Work Iranian-American Men In Search of Entertainment
10:00 a.m. Proud Bored Monarchists
11:00 a.m. Iranians Commenting While On The Clock
12:00 p.m. Male Muslim IRI Supporters Against Stereotyping
01:00 p.m. Leftist Iranians Driving Mercedes Benzes
02:00 p.m. Remorseful Toudehis (Toudeh-ee-ha-ye Tavvab)
03:00 p.m. Remorseful Baha’is

by Truthseeker9 on Mon Nov 14, 2011 08:05 AM PSTI think Fred is secretly laughing, knowing that he is the centre of these peoples world.
Not funny!
by Onlyiran on Mon Nov 14, 2011 08:02 AM PSTAnother bashing attepmt by a Fred obsessed regular user under a new username. Just look at how many times "Iran will be bombed" is mentioned in the blog and you will know what you're dealing with her.
On another note, I'm surprised that JJ didn't featured this blog. He usually does when it's an attack on me or Fred. He has featured three personal attack blogs against me so far, and at least a couple against Fred.
Faramarz jaan "admin" is "Peggy" in that credit card commercial!
by Esfand Aashena on Mon Nov 14, 2011 07:09 AM PSTI always thought of admin as someone in his boxers who dozes off on a couch with bread crumbs all over his shirt and laptop!

In Search of Admin!
by Faramarz on Mon Nov 14, 2011 07:07 AM PSTRecently, there have been a lot of requests from Admin to explain certain actions or clarify policies, but none are forthcoming. So I looked into it and have a few theories about Admin.
Maybe Admin is not a person, but rather a concept or a virtual organization that is somewhere out there in a call center in India. And as comments are flagged, a message is sent and an agent arbitrarily removes them or ignores them, depending on who is on the night shift, Chandra or Bashu.
Or maybe Admin is an algorithm that is running in the background on the site and based on the user profile and their propensity to violate certain rules, it automatically and randomly removes or blocks blogs.
Or maybe as in the Wizard of Oz, and as Dorothy discovered, Admin is not a big guy who has all the answers, but someone behind a big curtain that helps you find what you are looking for on the Yellow Brick Road.
Or maybe he is JJ’s alter ego, or his little nephew that is having a good time on the site!
there is a lot of whining by bloggers/commentators too
by Anahid Hojjati on Mon Nov 14, 2011 06:25 AM PSTrecently, it is boring when some contributors complain a lot and take themselves too seriously.
Freedom of Speech for Iranian.com!

by Truthseeker9 on Sat Nov 12, 2011 06:17 PM PSTAnd what is the point, except inuendo and gossip about the idenity of a user on IC?
One of the best, simplest, short, hilarious blogs I've ever seen
by Multiple Personality Disorder on Sat Nov 12, 2011 06:11 PM PSTI agree, it should have been featured, except, I think, the editor, doesn't featured blogs that has a hint of attacking other users, but in this case I think the bloggers is trying to make a point.
Good one........really......
by پندارنیک on Sat Nov 12, 2011 06:08 PM PSTTo be honest with you I don't know the real difference between a featured and a non-featured blog...........but I do know this rule of thumbs at IC: Had you not singled out our dear famed member in the opening of your blog, it would've deserved to become one of the best entertaining blogs ever featured (and I agree with that rule wholeheartedly)..............I like the way that you kept it in the straightforward politico/social context and shoved no exotic or radical personification into it.......this blog remains featured in my memory.............thanks................
I identify with the "Independent Shooshool Washers’ Collective"

by Faramarz on Sat Nov 12, 2011 05:19 PM PSTSince I usually post comments around 6 AM that puts me in the "6:00 a.m. Iranian Men Dedicated To Iranian Models" category which is a good description of me and my ilk!

There are a few more, but I'm too intimidated to mention them...
by Multiple Personality Disorder on Sat Nov 12, 2011 05:04 PM PST... but I found these to be hilarious: the imposters who pretend to be human rights activists but in reality they can't wait for Iran to be invaded, Cyrus the Great daydreamers, Copy-Pasters Anonymous, Iranians Commenting While On The Clock, IRI Supporters Against Stereotyping :O), Firm Believers of Democracy through Foreign Intervention...
Very funny!
The IC community in half a day?
by Mash Ghasem on Sat Nov 12, 2011 04:33 PM PSTAnd what's all these vicious rumors about Leftists driving Mecedes. NOT TRUE. It's Volvo, S80; how could you not drive it?!
An almost comprehensive catalog of all in here, with MPD's additions, cheers.
An old friend was recalling how on his insistence some of his old friends attended a protest for workers in Iran, his three friends were driving; BMW, Mecedes and a Volvo. True story. Now a days they just go drinking, it's less embarassing!
Very funny!
by Souri on Sat Nov 12, 2011 03:45 PM PSTAnd so true :)
BTW, to answer your question: no, you are not the only one who has noticed that Fred posts his blogs, always at 1:00am !
I even came to believe that people were right when they said that Fred is not a single user, but it is an organization composed of a few people.
Thanks for the fun !
