Iranian of the Day: Nouriel Roubini , Economist

Although this Iranian born economist has often been overlooked, many would have saved lots of monies, 401ks and the rest, only if they had paid attention to his analysis.
Born in Iran, with his childhhood and youth spent in Turkey and Israel, he eventually resided in the US. For a while he had a stint in the Clinton administration, currently he teachse at New York University. Below is his website.
Over the weekend his analysis once again put him the limelight.

بنا بر روایتی ، دهه پس از دهه " از دست رفته" ( اقتصاد ژاپن در دهه ۹۰ و
پس از آن، مشکلات قرضهای اروپایی ، کسر بودجه و ازدیاد واردات امریکا ،...)
به نظر نمییاد که سیستم در سطح جهانی چندان کارآیی بالایی داشته باشد.

As analytical as his arguments are, he is right mostly because he knows extreme capital is as big a cluster as its former rival soviet. To paraphrase F. Dyson, 'I'm amazed it has done as well at it has, for as long as it has'.
