Thanksgiving is right around the corner. If some of you are about to sit down to some turkey and pollo cuisines, you might be interested in where your yummy turkeys are coming from. Even if you think abuse is ok, just appreciate your turkeys more. Don't throw away extra food.

After all, look what they endured so you could gobble them down with your beers and whiskies. Happy Thanksgiving! I hope this blog gets featured because don't think about where our food comes from very much. This isn't meant to make you a vegetarian, just to make you aware of where our yummy food comes from. American obesity comes at a cost! 

Keep in mind, this is video from the same state that was just found to be the most unhealthy in the country. The fattest and least active people live there. Do you know what they did when they heard this news? NOTHING. West Virginia essentially gave a verbal middle finger to health and fitness findings. Go figure!

was enough for me.  I just got back from eating sushi so I didn't feel tooooo guilty but that really is dreadful.  I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat much meat at all.  And I definitely could never go vegan, but this is gonna make me think next time I want some stuffed turkey.  I was actually going to do Albolow Pollo for Thanksgiving with turkey meatballs instead of traditional turkey.  I might just pass on it all together.

Let me just start by confessing that I won't be watching this video. I feel bad enough that I still eat meat, I don't want to develop ulcer by watching it right after lunch... (I have already seen similar videos)

It's good for all of us to know what is going on out there in the farms, maybe then people would stop making fun of Californians who passed the prop on humane treatment of farm animals. Even though it does not make any difference at the end and the animal's facing the same fate anyway, I think these rules and regulations help people realize that these poor "zaboon bastehaa" can feel and get hurt too. There is really no reason for the extra long-term abuse.

So so horrible... It's makes me angry. Violence and cruelty against humans is one thing. But against weak, totally defenseless animals... I just don't know what to say.
