In their rush to produce yellow cake enriched uranium, what mistakes might the Iranian scientists be making? We've already seen the results of their rush to produce homemade gasoline--the deadly smog hovering over Tehran.  Even if mistakes could be caught and corrected in time, the current political environment in Iran is certainly a foreboding one for whistleblowers and critics of methodology and/or policy.
