"Sherophone" is a biweekly poetry podcast in Persian created by two Iranian poets, writers, and translators, Mana Aghaee and Leila Farjami.
Sherophone introduces listeners to various contemporary poets and poetry from Iran and the world.
The first Sherophone podcast included poetry from Bijan Najdi, Bijan Elahi, Ghada Al Samman, and Mahmoud Darwish.
This week, Sherophone has published its second episode in memory of the late Iranian poet and translator, Very Mazher (V.M. Airu) who passed away three weeks ago in Helsinki, Finland.
