 Love Letter

Arman's graduation from high school is fast approaching. Today, he was getting his graduation cards ready. I was astonished and pleased by his request. He said "Mom, I want to write a special letter to grandma. I will need you to translate it for me since her English is not very good." I said "Sure!" It ended up more like a poem. The following is what he wrote to her. I was truly touched by my sons's words to his very beloved grandmother. I know that many will also feel the same as they read a 17 years old  words of  love.

I want to thank you

For all the love

For the cookies that tasted

Like they were from up above

I have kept all your letters

Close to my heart

All your words of advice

To help me start

A better life  on a better path

For helping me in the past

For loving me even if I was bad

For hugging me when I was sad

I want to say "Thank you!"

Abuelita I love you too.

Ordinary Miracle......

//www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iyQAxfoQbU

Sarah's song from Charlotte's Web:
It's not that usual when everything is beautiful
It's just another ordinary miracle today

The sky knows when its time to snow
You don't need to teach a seed to grow
It's just another ordinary miracle today

Life is like a gift they say
Wrapped up for you everyday
Open up and find a way
To give some of your own

Isn't it remarkable?
Like every time a raindrop falls
It's just another ordinary miracle today

Birds in winter have their fling
And always make it home by spring
It's just another ordinary miracle today

When you wake up everyday
Please don't throw your dreams away
Hold them close to your heart
Cause we are all a part
Of the ordinary miracle

Ordinary miracle
Do you want to see a miracle?

It seems so exceptional
That things just work out after all
It's just another ordinary miracle today

The sun comes up and shines so bright
It disappears again at night
It's just another ordinary miracle today

Ooohh Oooohh

It's just another ordinary miracle today
