Let us not forget the american hostage crisis in Tehran as well as the bombing of U.S marine base in Libanon. America was looking for a retaliation of some form and they did this by shooting down the passenger plane. We cannot blame U.S.A too much for what has happened.

And professor, what's the value of Iranian life by IR standards?

What has the IR paid for the lives of tens of thousands of Iranians that it has executed?  And that doesn't include the lives of hundreds of thousands of Iranians, including tens of thousands of child soldiers that it used, that were lost in the Iran-Iraq war that it instigated and caused. 

The answer ro that question is a big goose egg...$0.0...In fact, in many instances, the IR would charge the family the value of the bullets it used to execute their sons / daughters before it gave the remains back to them.

Because of the xenophobic Iranian nature, we are very quick to condemn foreigners for the wrongs that they commit against us.  But we overlook the crimes that our own kind commits against us...and instead prefer to talk about traffic laws in Iran.

When the USA shut down Iran Air flight 655, it offered $61.5 million for damages.  Assume the $22 million cost of airplane is NOT included, divide $61.5 million by 290 people, you get a little over $200,000 per person.

When Iraq struck the USS Stark in the Persian Gulf, it killed 37 US
sailors.  The USA demanded and received over ten million dollars for each sailor.

According to Americans, "The death of a child or adult is worth
$1,500-$2,500, loss of limb and other injuries $600-$1,500, a damaged or destroyed vehicle $500-$2,500, and damage to a farmer's fields

 "In 1983, the U.S Marine’s saw their barracks rocked in Beirut by an explosion that killed 241 Marines.”  After nearly quarter-a-century, a federal judge ordered Iran (the country was complicit with Hezbollah) to pay $2.65 billion to the families of the victims of that blast."  Almost $11 million per marine.

This demonstrates the value of human lives by American standards and courts: $10-11 million for each American, $200,000 for Iranians and $2,500 for Afghan people.

جنایت و غرامت

مسلمأ که جنایتکار جنگی باید محاکمه و اعدام شود. ولی اگر بوش و چینی محاکمه و مجازات شدند این دریا سالار هم خواهد شد. ولی نکته مهم در اینجا بی لیاقتی و خیانت دولت ایران به بازماندگان این فاجعه است. دولت ایران بجای اینکه علیه این سالار در دادگاه غیر جنایی فدرال آمریکا شکایت کند و حداقل یک هیاهو و سر و صدای بین الملی راه بیاندازد یواشکی و بدون اجازه  رضایت بازماندگان فاجعه با دولت آمریکا کنار آمد و با قبول دریافت یک مبلغ ناچیز برای هر قربانی خود شریک این هولناک  جنایت گشت. قبول نکردن هر مبلغ پیشنهاد شده ای حداقل کاری بود که دولت سالار ایران میتوانست در حق طلبی کند ولی طبق معمول سنواتی خود را به مبلغی ناچیز فروخت. همین.

IR 655 vs. KAL 007

The downing of the IR flight 655 over the Persian Gulf was a tragedy, but at least the US government had a congressional hearing on the event and paid $62 million in damages.

Compare that to the Soviets downing of Korean Airline flight 007 that resulted in the death of 269 people. The Soviets completely walked away from their responsibilities and called the 747 passenger plane a spy plane.

وقتی فردی مرتکب

باید بی باید!

وقتیکه دولت ایران پرداخت غرامت مالی را قبول کرد و شاکی بر علیه ایشان و یا بر علیه پنتاگون نیست باید بی باید. نویسنده محترم یا به قوانین دادگاههای آمریکا وارد است و یا نیست. اگر نیست بهتر است بداند که با شعار دادن و با باید باید کردن کاری درست نمیشود که نمیشود. هر سال سوگواری براه انداختن هم دردی را دوا نمیکند که نمیکند.

اگر قرار است که قاتلان مردم ایران محاکمه بشوند، بدون شک، باید از بزرگترین قاتل، سید علی‌ خامنه‌ای شروع کرد، و به خط پایین این دریا سالار آمریکایی رسید. مگر آنکه نویسنده محترم این مقاله به این اعتقاد هست که خون ملت ایران به ولی‌ فقیه و در و دسته دزد و آدمکش او حلال است!

چرا باید محاکمه شود؟

 

چرا محاکمه هنگامیکه رژیم در ایران پرداخت غرامت ٣٠٠ هزار دلار برای هر قربانی فاجعه را از جانب دولت آمریکا قبول کرده و تحقیر و فاجعه ای بزرگتر از سقوط هواپیما را بدین وسیله بنام خود ثبت میکند. فکر کنیم ببینیم اگر مثلأ مسافران هواپیما آمریکایی و انگلیسی و غیره بودند چقدر باید پرداخت میشد؟ و بدتر از آن اینکه تا به امروز معلوم نشده پول غرامتها به جیب کدام جیب بُری رفته. و بدترین اینکه کسی به سایت تابناک که متعلق به محسن رضایی است در موردی اعتماد کند مثل این مورد.

Not a fan of IRI at all, but this is American Style of Democracy. And why nobody complained, good to look at these people and groups which are talking making show interview and etc how to free Iran,they are setting their dinner table, before even going for a shopping and think what, we are going to have for a dinner.
