Isna agency announced that three detainees are sentenced to death for their involvement during the protest for Iran has issued death sentences for three Young people arrested during the massive street protests against fraudulent election.

While I denounce the violence that was used by some detainees ( which is not proven in a fair Court of law ) but no doubt that the death sentences are not valid due to:

1- the detainees had not access to an attorney during the interrogation and trial

2- the confession extracted under torture and physical and mental force
3- there was no jury in the trail which is defined by the Constitution

4- the terrible record of systematic violation of human rights by the judiciary and security organization in Iran in the last three decade gives us strong logic and base to denounce the trial and the death court verdicts are illegal, illegitimate and immoral. A new and fair trial must to be held for these detainees while the safety of the attorneys and the journalists who participate in the trial process to be guaranteed by the I.R.I.

No to execution which could not solve the society's problems
