در اين نوشته ابتدا رنگباختگى نهادهاى مدنى در مقايسه با پررنگى نهادهاى مذهب-مدار به عنوان علت اصلى ناكامى سكولارها، حتى در آينده ى بى استبداد ايران، مطرح مى شود. سپس، به ناروادارى و تنش بين ايرانيان مذهبى و بى مذهب اشاره ى مختصرى خواهيم كرد.
