I don't know about others'. Mine goes like this: I do most of the talking, while my therapist pretends to listen and furtively checks the time. But last time was different, he was the one who started the session with his take on the saga of our bank robber Khavari, who is living a luxury life in Canada after embezzling millions of dollars from an Iranian bank. My therapist said, "if Khavari was smart, he would share his loot with any faction of opposition abroad, which would have made a Robin Hood of him, guaranteeing his raised social status..........."
when I quipped: "You're right, doc. He could've also donated to charities such as the B'nai Brith or Camp Ashraf," he said that I should double my Prozac dosage.
