VERY WELL said!!! Notice that this phony advocate of free speech has just flagged my previous post. I have never been to a monarchist meeting, nor do I think Reza Pahlavi should be the ONLY candidate to lead Iran in the future. But I resent these shameless closet hezis, who gave us this monstrosity of a regime, but who live in the lap of freedom and democracy in the West, AND YET, they don't want to give Reza Pahlavi the opportunity to throw his hat into the ringer of future politics in Iran, not even if he runs only for president as opposed to a constitutional monarch.

Most people, inside and outside of Iran, only care about a future Iran that is economically solvent, secular, and FREE -- free from torture and tyranny. We're not necessarily for nor against Reza Pahlavi, but who else is out there right now that advocates a FREE, SECULAR and DEMOCRATIC Iran, besides Reza Pahlavi?

Who is there?

Maryam Rajavi, the mayor of MKO? Moussavi, the murderer who liquidated thousands of political prisoners during the summer of 1988? Karroubi, whose hands are just as bloody as Moussavi? Besides Reza Pahlavi, who's out there right now that is not associated with this bloody regime, but still advocates a FREE, SECULAR, and DEMOCRATIC Iran?

Professor (I mean Capt) represents the group of so called "intellectuals" who opposed the former regime in hopes of Islamic eutopia - only they did not get it. There are lots of them here. They supported the religious throne of Khomeini and claimed afterward that they had been decieved by the old man.Convenient, ay?

Now, they don't know what they want..on one hand, they cannot think of denouncing the cult, as they are religious to the bone. On the other, however, deep down they know that the current situation with the Iranian mullacracy only weakens Iran's position as a soverign country. Afterall, they know you cannot be against the whole world as Iran is, and only cater to a few; and hence their predicament.

I am not advoacting monarchy here as I could care less - I just want a secular and COMPETENT entity governing my ancestoral land instead of these murdering cockroaches. if that happens to be RP....then so be it. If not, I'm OK with that too.

Since you are such an avid supporter of this particular public figure, you might not have heard of one democratic concept called FREEDOM of SPEECH.

Such concept are rather strange to this particular group. just FYI, it is my right as a citizen to question, criticism, or even verbally attack any person of public figure. So I ask you kindly to refrain from censoring me and my right of freedom of speech. That goes for your idol Mr. Pahlavi as well.

On this site, you agree with almost all ‘popular’ contributors whose views may sometimes be in paradox one with another! I don’t know if you even read the posts, but in simple logic this is called absurdity. As an example, on Mehrban’s blog - demanding for unity - you pointed out your nose saying that you agreed on that principle and few hours later you send this divisive blog.

You may not adhere to monarchists or any other political points of view and that is your basic right, but you don’t have the right to create a warring atmosphere on a public forum just because you hate an idea. No you don’t, because Iran is passing through a tricky moment of her history and hatred comments like yours, just serve the people who you say you’re fighting against. Willing or unwilling, this is being apart of bumbling the chances that Iran has to be free.

I am referring to "moft khor" khomeini who never worked for a living and lived off people's charity through khoms va zokat, only to betray them later. Oh, did I forget to mention he wrote a few books too, one of them being his master piece, the tozihol masaael.

I’m not pro-RP nor someone in particular, I have to admit, but when I see public lynching of existing political opponents of IRI, I cannot keep telling myself that the only winners of this sterile game are Mullahs. Don’t you think so?

MKO aside, I think that all the political figures should gather and TALK. No one will be the leader except the one who'll be chosen by the people at the end. You have a voice in the foreign media, instead of shooting everyone’s feet who you don't like, why wouldn’t you be the investigator of such a movement? Do you think that your voice is better than monarchists? How would you feel if some millions of Iranians disagree about that? I have the impression that Iranians inside the country are more tolerent to others voice than Iranians in the dispora. In my opinion, we'll not make it if we are unable to overcome our demons.
