If you live in the USA, Canada, or the United Kingdom you'll celebrate Father's Day on Sunday, June 19. I'd like to take this opportunity to say Happy Father's Day to all single mothers who are enduring the double burden of raising happy children alone. It goes without saying that they have to be strong in order to play both roles in the child's life and to be a good role model.

Kindness to Parents

Along with the thanks for the touching message above & with the sincere Fathers' Day greetings, the following message from 'the least appreciated' book; i.e. Quran,  is presented here in regard to the kindness to our parents:

"We have charged the human to be kind to his parents. with much pain his mother bore him, and with much pain she gave birth to him; his bearing and weaning are thirty months. when he grows to manhood and attains his fortieth year, he says: 'Make me so disposed my lord, so that I give thanks for the favors with which you have blessed me, my father and mother, and that I will do good deeds that will please you. And, make me righteous and also my descendants. To you (and only to you) I repent, and I am among those who surrender themselves to you." (Verse 15, Section 46)

Wishing the best ever for all Iranian mothers & fathers whether couples or singles.
