It is easy to lose heart with the massive crackdown which has taken place on Iranian people over the past couple of months. On the surface, IRI authorities seem to be getting bolder and more ruthless in arresting people and canceling any and all public events which might give Iranians a chance to come to the streets again to protest an illegitimate government. IRGC (Sepaah), police, and Basij commanders are giving daily interviews, threatening people and sounding smug in their new “military state” hold over Iran and Iranians. In my humble opinion, this all is the anticipated behavior of a group of tyrants who are running scared from the people’s wrath on them, taking their last breaths before their total collapse. Take this latest piece of news, released today:
"Iran police warn opposition before Quds Day
(AFP) TEHRAN — Iran's police chief warned the opposition on Tuesday against using an annual pro-Palestinian march to stage protests against President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the official IRNA news agency reported."The Quds Day (march), which is to express support for oppressed Palestinians and condemn occupiers, should not be tainted for political purposes," Esmail Ahmadi Moghadam said."Derailing Quds Day would be added to the fraud folder for showing the true colours of those who direct this view," he said in apparent warning to leaders of the opposition, who charge that Ahmadinejad's June re-election was rigged.According to their websites, supporters of defeated candidates known as the greens plan to pour on to Tehran's streets again in the annual state-sponsored Quds Day demonstration, which will be held this year on September 18.
Opposition leader and defeated candidate Mehdi Karroubi vowed that his supporters will come out in force on the day, and Ahmadinejad's main rival Mir Hossein Mousavi has also called for continued civil disobedience."
This cracked me up! What utter nonsense from an illiterate man! Quds Day is quite possibly the most political annual event in Iran! Take a look at Wikipedia’s definition of Quds Day:
"International Day of Al-Quds (Rooz-e jahaany-e Qods in Persian: روز جهانی قدس), is an annual event opposing Israel's control of Jerusalem, (Al-Quds in Arabic: القـُدْس). Anti-Zionist demonstrations are held on this day in some Muslim and Arab countries and by Muslim and Arab communities around the world, but especially in Iran where the occasion was first suggested. It is held each year on the last Friday of Ramadan. Jerusalem Day is not an Islamic religious holiday but a political event open to both Muslims and non-Muslims alike, and thus observance is not obligatory in Islam."
This idiot’s assertion that Quds Day must not be “tainted for political purposes” is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time! Give me a break! What about the Quds day is NOT political? Islamic Republic of Iran has made it its sole business to protest Israel’s occupation of Quds. Normally on this day Iranians are led in chants of “Death to Israel” and “Death to America.” This year Iranians are going to come to streets to protest not Israel’s occupation of Palestine, but occupation of Iran by the illegitimate and unwanted Islamic Republic of Iran. Who wants to bet that people will be chanting “Death to Dictator,” and “Death to Khamenei” instead?!
Gentlemen, for 30 years you made your bed, now kindly scoot over and lie in it while people of Iranian take care of business!

I suggest you to calm down and wait to see the result, before stating your prediction which has no logical base and it's only a projection of your own desire and your own perception.
Don't take your dreams for reality. As your president, you have a problem to own a big mouth with void claims. Wait and see, you'll be surprised.

If I may, I would like to remind you that you did the same (mistake, if I can call it so) right after the election, and it came out to be a disastrous blog.
Please be more patient and wait for the events to unfold and then make your statement, based on the reality and what you objectively see and hear.
There's nothing wrong with stating your opinion, but what you are doing right now, is like giving baseless shoaar. Nobody will take you in serious later, if your predictions fail to come true, one after another.
Honestly, my own perception of this way of screaming slogans of yours, is the image of someone who fears the darkness and is only screaming loud : There's nothing to be scared of!

Some one has to stand up for the truth
--------------------------
“The
organs removed from the bodies were not returned but replaced by broomsticks,
cotton wool, garden hoses" and other objects to fill out the bodies after
autopsy, the Post quoted Dr. Yitzhak Berlovich, the Israeli Ministry of Health
associate director-general, as saying.
Anahid hojatti, you said
by Jaleho on Wed Sep 09, 2009 06:39 AM PDT" whoever talks like this derserves to go to hell if there is one. "
Like I said, you can't get your own big gathering, you dream about stealing that of MILLIONS of Khomeini supporters.
You can't refute a person in the REAL world, you have to dream harming her in your imaginary hell :-) Dreamers are always dreamers.
Who the hell is this Jaleho character?
by Anahid Hojjati on Wed Sep 09, 2009 06:29 AM PDTJaleho has the balls to say that greenies can't gather support in Iran. Sister, you know that your employers have been killing, raping and jailing greenies but you still dare say that greenies can't get support in Iran. Now I understand why other commentators get furious with this character. After all these killings and rapings, whoever talks like this derserves to go to hell if there is one.
Greenies can't gather supporters in Iran anymore
by Jaleho on Wed Sep 09, 2009 06:04 AM PDTand now they have to pathetically try to steal the massive group of people who will gather for completely different agenda than that of Israeli-sold-out expats!
Can't you see that your pathetic effort will fail? Can't you see that this is only YOUR DREAM? Iranians will gather AGAIN in millions for Qods Day, and for the purpose that Khomeini created the Qods Day.
A clown like Sazegara who thinks he's leading a revolution with you guys as his foot soldiers has a memory shorter than a fruit fly! He forgot waht a public ass he made out of himself by his call for the revolution on the anniversary of Constitutional Revolution, now he's repeating another call for Qods Day :-) :-)
//iranian.com/main/blog/khaleh-mosheh/sazegara-action-tomorrow
What I wonder is this: a person like Sazegara at least gets a salary to entertain those who consider him a funny clown, and few who in their delusions are making a revolution led by him.
A person like Hanna Makhmalbaf at least gets her movie which probably wouldn't even be seen in any reputable place quickly ranked to be screened in reputable film festival. What would a person like Mr. Yassari benefit by doing the Israeli's agenda of diluting the Qods Day? You mean that of all of the 360 days in the year, the green's could not find another day of their own to protest? You really think that you can steal the purpose of MILLIONS of Iranians who will give their ususal anti-Israel slogans?
Delusions prevent people from predicting the easiest of predictions which is not in line with their delusions!!
