The correct translation for "you toss" is:

غلت میزنی

not

 غلط میزنی

which means 'hitting it the wrong way'

A better translation for "you toss and turn in bed" is:

تو در بستر می غلتی و می لولی

I wrote the poem but I had three of my Iranian friends work on the translation for me. It was really awesome because they live in two different countries and don't know each other.

 I selected the title. I was trying to say "Set Free" in Persian but I am not sure that I selected the correct word.
