آقای دکتر ميلانی در آن گفتگوی کذائی با روزنامه «هم ميهن» شديدأ به نيروهای چپ بخاطر اينکه تحت تأثير «فرهنگ روسی » قرار داشته و دارند ، حمله کرده است ، آنهم بدين جهت که طرفداران آن ها ،« چيزی بنام فرهنگ جمعی راه انداختند » و در آن رابطه کوچکترين نقشی برای « فرد» قائل نشدند. او در آن گفتگو بدون اينکه به نقش مهمی که حاکمين سرکوبگر و سانسورچی که با اعمال خود جلوی چاپ اکثر کتاب های سياسی و روزنامه و مجلات را گرفتند و درآن رابطه اين امکان را بمردم ايران ندادند تا در جامعه ايران برخورد عقايد صورت گيرد و نيروهای سياسی برای نظرات و عقايد خود بطور علنی در بين مردم به تبليغ،ترويج و روشنگری دست بزنند و سره را از ناسره جدا کنند، تمام کاسه کوزه ها را سر چپ و در پيشاپيش آنها حزب توده خرد کرده است. گويا در بوجود آوردن آن وضع، نهادهای سرکوبگر رژيم شاه ، همچون ساواک و دستگاه سانسور رژيم، کوچکترين نقش منفی نداشته اند. >>>

Signing for change

Since June 2005, Iranian society has witnessed the emergence of a discourse centered on women’s rights that has managed to seep into even the most conservative of sectors, and spans a broad segment of society, such as women’s rights activists, NGOs and civil society, academia, government, religious leaders, and the general public. Much of these accomplishments, in my opinion, can be linked to the efforts of a Campaign, which seeks to collect one million signatures with the aim of reforming laws which place women at a legal disadvantage. Longer vacations

Making fun of the French is a favorite American pastime, none more so than when it comes to how much vacation French workers take. This really gained national attention here in the USA when France opted for the 35-hour workweek. Laugh all we want, but in my humble opinion, they will have the last laugh. The issue goes far beyond just how much one works or plays. The United States ranks last among 21 industrialized countries in the number of days of paid vacation and holidays it guarantees workers by law, says a study by the Washington-based Center for Economic and Policy Research. So complete is the corporate grip on the American psyche that no day in the year, not even July 4, the most patriotic U.S. holiday of all, is a paid holiday guaranteed by law.>>>

The Bright Sunlight

When I looked outside to see the bright sunlight, I knew right away that life was just too good to be true. That even though the sky was blue, I wasn't. I could see the clouds moving, as I concentrated, staring at the sky. In my mind, my life was going great and I had nothing to worry about. At that moment, enjoying the bright sunlight, I felt right, I felt complete.>>>

The art of getting some

Let's start with one very very important thing, just like selling a product, when you are a man, you are sort of trying to sell your product on the market. You put yourself on some sort of a virtual (imaginary) shelf for women's picking/ viewing, so that some, or more, of them can fall for your offering. So, you kind of need to do what they call in marketing a SWOT analysis. SWOT goes for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (threats is less relevant though important if you consider the post-success period). I have done the SWOT analysis and reached some conclusions that you, the Iranian man, can take into consideration. STRENGTHS - what then: First, you need to analyse your specific situation, to see what is your strong point compared to the competition.>>>

Hoder's recent problems

The moral of this story was that freedom of speech can only exist as long as the speech is in-line with the policies of certain groups. Otherwise, it is a source of trouble and better be silenced, even if it is in the price of false accusations. If you take the time to read Khalaji's complaint, you'll notice that the points he has raised are quite inaccurate and sometimes ridiculous. They are mostly based on mis-translations of Hossein's original article and were only aimed at scaring the hosting company. In his defense, Hossein has recently written a detailed article pointing at all the inaccuracies in Khalaji's complaint. Of course, he has the right to sue Khalaji, but that won't change the fact that what has happened is unjust and very alarming. Let's ask ourselves, who is in charge of defending the freedom of speech of a blogger? >>>

در آشفته بازار امروز جهان که جمعی ناآگاه ، جمعی مغرض ، جمعی بی تفاوت ، جمعی بد ستور ، جمعی خشک سر ، جمعی نان به نرخ روز خور و جمعی... از کنار واقعیت های گذشته خود می گذرند ، باید به اندیشه ورزان گرایش های مختلف هشدار داد که به خود آیند و در کشاکش تلاش ملت برای مردم سالاری ، در راستای منافع بیگانه ، جبهه های دروغین و سنگرهای پوشالی برپاندارند که ایرانیان از همه اقوام از کنار این مواضع ساده عبورنمی کنند ، از این رو ، برآنم دست کم به نوبه خود به عنوان یک ایرانی کرد به گذشته خود مراجعه کرده ، بگویم از کجا آمده ام و نیاکانم کیانند تا سربلند برخلاف یاوه سرایان دستوری بیان کنم به راستی ایران پیش از هر قومی ، سرای کردان بوده و هست . جمله ای است مشهوراز ملامصطفی بارزانی ، بزرگ مرد میدان های نبرد غیر کلاسیک که " هر کجا کرد هست ، آنجا ایران است ." >>>

دی دیم دیم دیم دی، دی دیم دیم. گفت و ما TV رو با نگاهامون کردیم. رفتیم تو برفکش و همه سریالا رو «رو سریال» کردیم. ببخشین آقا، معروفیتتون چنده؟ نوبل گرفتین؟ هنوز منتظرین؟
ماهی می گرفت. پرسیدم خرچنگتون چنده؟ یه سال بعد تو استکهلم یه میلیون و دویست هزار خرچنگ بهش جایزه دادن. پیشنهاد کردم که به هرکدوم از اون خرچنگا یه میلیون و دویست هزار شاعر و نویسنده جایزه بدن. گفتن غذا خوردن خرچنگ حال آدمو به هم می زنه!

Misguided rights

In the mid twentieth century, US-Iran relations prospered. Many Americans celebrated Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi as a model king. President Lyndon B. Johnson pronounced in 1964: "What is going on in Iran is about the best thing going on anywhere in the world". During the 1970's Iran's Shah propelled Iran into becoming a dynamic middle-east regional power. The Shah implemented broad economic and social reforms, including enhanced rights for women, and religious and ethnic minorities. Economic and educational reforms were adopted, initiatives to cleanse politics of social upheaval were systematized, and the civil service system was reformed.>>>

A swift change

Last Sunday, my good friend Bill invited me to be his guest at the final round of the LPGA Safeway Classic tournament. The ladies were in town, playing at what I've come to call Bill's 'alternate residence" or, if you prefer, hangout: Columbia-Edgewater CC. This annual event provides the Portland married male population a live opportunity to find out what our 39th president, Jimmy Carter, meant by 'committing adultery in the heart," for this bevy of talented golfers do an extraordinary job to help choreograph the stage for lust. But fear not, I won't get into the subject of lust, or a dissertation on why these LPGA girls really rock beyond the promotional PR. Nor is my subject the current top player in women's golf, Lorena Ochoa, the winner this time ˆ her third consecutive victory after the recent crowning as Lady Top Gun. >>>

Total control

The Islamic Republic of Iran has the dubious distinction of executing more children, those under the age of 18, than any other country in the world. Such is the plight of the Iranian people. Iran’s ruling Mullahs are clustered around major factions such as the conservatives, the moderates, and the so-called reformists. Yet, the differences among these factions are tactical rather than strategic. One and all share the same overarching goal of defeating the “Crusader-Zionists” by any and all methods possible, bringing about the “end of the world” Armageddon, and thereby creating the requisite conditions for the appearance of the Hidden Imam, the Mahdi, to assume his rule of the world. >>>

نقد نظر یا نقد شخص؟

می دانید که زندانیان سیاسی برخی اوقات برای فرار از شکنجه و فشار بازجویان اطلاعات سوخته ای را به نشانه همکاری خود در اختیار بازجویان می گذارند. چرا حال که به انگیزه شناسی و روانشناسی آقای میلانی در برخورد با پلیس سیاسی پرداخته اید، لااقل احتمال چنین عملی را از سوی ایشان نداده اید؟ شما آگاهید که بخاطر فشارهای وارده در نظام های سرکوبگر، مبارزان سیاسی به علت "انسان" بودن و در نتیجه دارا بودن حدود مختلفی در تحمل فشار و شکنجه های جسمی و روحی ممکن است در مراحلی برخلاف نظرات واقعی خویش مطالبی را بیان کنند، بنویسند یا آنکه برای رهایی از زندان ندامت نامه ای را نیز امضا کنند. >>>
