برخورد علنی قاطع و صریح احمدی‌‌نژاد با رییس قوه قضاییه نه فقط در این سطح بالا بی‌‌سابقه است و بلکه نقض دستورها و توصیه‌‌های مکرر خامنه‌‌ای بشمار می‌‌رود. خامنه‌‌ای بارها از رقیبان حکومتی و به خصوص سران سه قوه خواسته است که اختلافات خود را به صورت محرمانه حل و فصل کنند و از کشاندن آن‌‌ها به عرصه عمومی اجتناب بورزند>>>
