Let's say you're right HAMAS people are guilty and should be killed by 1 ton bombs from state of the art fighter planes supplied by US tax dollars.

Is it reasonable to assume that civilians will die when targeting a "safe house" in an appartment complex? If the answer is Yes, that means a war crime was committed.

Palestinians ARE human beings

But this isn't a war on Palestinians, Saman. It's a war against Hamas and Hezbollah. What complicates matters is that these terrorists are mixed in with the general population in Gaza and the West Bank and in Southern Lebanon. They have gained the trust of the locals with their so-called "humanitarian" gestures.

Another key difference, which I know will unfortunately be lost on so many of those who simply cannot see past their hatred of Jews and Israel:

When these terrorists attack, they target civilian areas. Shops, markets, restaurants, cafes. They deliberately attack unarmed civilians.

When the IDF retaliates, they target safe houses, headquarters, various places that these specific terrorist operatives are located, ostensibly planning new "missions". Unfortunately, tragically, Palestinian civilians are often killed and maimed....again because these terrorist targets are mixed in with the general population.

The loss of life is indeed tragic......but it is Hamas and Hezbollah who need to be held accountable first.

I'm not a terrorist supporter, but I do see two terrorists at work, israel's IDF (or the entire govt) and the Hamas. Israel represents beautifully executed "state-sponsored" terrorism. And Hamas is just Hamas. Many Americans may not believe this, but the Hamas actually stood by their word. It was not until israel put in a blockade that drove Hamas to not only not renew the truce, but also fire the rockets. You see, israel didn't care about peace or Hamas' DEMOCRATIC win. Israel just doesn't want Hamas there. Israel, as any human being with common sense, knew that continuing blockades will ignite the Hamas and even non-Hamas Palestinians to retaliate. That's what israel looks for at all times. Instability is the perfect thing for israel as it weakens all of the different arab groups and govts. It worked in Lebonan (which makes you think exactly who was behind those assasinations and attempts), and it worked in Palestine. I guess I view that shyster israel the same way as it views its neighbors ... can never be trusted. If you think about it, that characteristic has been a constant one among those people for hundreds and thousands of yrs ... and that is the truth.

Gaza(Nazi style concentration/death camp) with total total area of 139 square miles and population of 1.5 million, which gives it 10,665 person per each square mile.

Allow me give you a better perspective, this population density translates to 4.2 person per each square METER of land. Can you imagine how many people Israel has crammed into that area??? hope you can. put it in layman's term, Gaza is worlds most highly populated piece of land.

2.Cut off electricity
3.Blocked of medical supplies

6. Block unbiased reporters from the area.

The truce was held by Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the IDF raided Hamas and kidnapped six Hamas members after lifting only 30% of the blokade when they promised to lift all of it causing the deaths of patients with ill conditions in Gaza hospitals, naturally, rockets were fired in retaliation, then came the blockade, then more rockets, then the bombing.

Hamas was and will never be interested in peace with Israel and openly they have said many times that they wish the destruction of state of Israel.
