"Ask not what Iranians can do for Iran, but what you can do to make America (or Israel) do things for Iranians."
-A Speech by King of Kings Fred the Peacock and Former Chicken, Who Calls Those Who Disagree With Him, BUGGERS. Classy and witty, he is on the frontlines of fighting for democracy and educating with taste and tact, why Iranians in Iran are incapable of getting rid of a bad regime. If you don't think that democracy can be served fast-food style, then you are not patient (HA!), but according to Fred actually a bugger, mullah worshipper communist who probably smokes too much weed.
I am intrigued by Fred's love affair with the magical gift that American action can bestow on undemocratic, tyrannical nations densely populated by Muslims. He actually compares this possibility to what America "did" for Europe during WW II. Did you know they themselves wrote constitutions guaranteeing health care for all citizens while Americans are threatening secession if health care passes? You see, dear Iranian cattle, Europe does not owe to itself what happened after the war. The credit is due entirely to America, and should the great shaytan repeat such an allied offense, well it will be a non stop, one way monorail ride to democracy, freedom, and no more thumb printing at airports!
Before you get out your crayons and markers to write the new constitution, realize that most Americans do not view us as worthy or capable of partnership. In fact, there has never really been a trustworthy partnership. Sometimes we had leaders who were so dependent on the US, that once the US took that paternalistic attitude to the toilet, as our beloved James Carter did following the failure of the island of stability, we turned into save dwellers who jump over fires and threaten Israel, while letting facial hair grow to the ground (even some women!).
I don't think that we Iranians should deny this winning lottery ticket should Fred's sponsors deliver it to us. We will be free as Europe to draft treaties and constitutions, elect freely, and debate honestly, without fear of finding family members face down in the caspian. It will be a sweet deal and you can guarantee that your grandchildren, and their grandchildren will be ever grateful for these blogs and demands for neo-conservative policies to "help" Iran. Democracy and freedom are not free and until American blood is spilled for Iranian democracy, we can't expect our rights and freedoms as Iranians.

Midwesty jaan u wrong, Marge's right & her timing is best!
by Anonymouse on Mon Dec 07, 2009 09:20 AM PSTMarge's timing couldn't have been any better. The turmoil in Iran shows precisely the reason (as well as another historical evidence) that people should be left alone to work and decide their own fate.
What we see in Iran today is Iranians coming to the streets independent of foreign media and forces. Precisely what Marge is talking about. Let us take care of our own problems.
Others (who are not in love with Marge ;-) say that's not the issue and we should talk more about IRI, IRR, DIR, IIR, Daray yay, akh delam vay, vaaveylah, ay ayaa and so on! Sure do all of that but do not ask for direct foreign intervention. That'd be an insult to our intelligence and saying we can'd do it.
No one is saying deny criticism of the Iranian regime. The only people who are saying that are the half dozen or so Ahmadi supporters who think Iran is a democracy and Ahmadi is god's gift to not only Iran, but the world!
Everything is sacred.

Midwesty jaan 1122 people have read this blog and many commented for a total of 87 comments.
Apparently you're an equal opportunity insulter loooooooooool :D
Marge,
by Midwesty on Mon Dec 07, 2009 07:49 AM PSTI have to admit you have a point there but...
The timing of your blog, the demographic of your readers and the method you use, makes me think that Masoud might have a point.
The recent turmoil in Iran is not motivated by anything other than IRI shortcoming and repeated mistakes.
Blaming it on outside forces will be a catesrophic mistake that Shah made in 1979 and his still-awed-supporters can't fully comprehend it till now.
I think we are not at the point of no return yet. But when it comes there is not much we can do.
Can't beat the history!

by Natalia Alvarado-Alvarez on Mon Dec 07, 2009 04:05 AM PSTI'm sure that you realize that regardless of what happens on this web site the movement in Iran will continue.
Trust me! Iranians in Iran do not base their decisions on the views of Iranians outside of Iran.
Cheers!
I confess

It is immoral and unethical to post again and again supporting a bunch of rapists, torturers, and murderers.
Shame on you.

by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:34 PM PSTyou're totally stealing my thunder! you can get in the next article. maybe you can go confess to Fred or centcom. Masoud is all mine. go find your own "patriot."

by kharmagas on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:33 PM PSTMofattesh jAn, I am an "agent", can you put my name in your article in the "scholarly journal"? I like to become famous.
-Untruly yours, "agent" kharmagas
One more time; I am an agent!

one more time; are YOU able to answer my question
by Masoud Kazemzadeh on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:26 PM PSTMarge,
Yes, the IRI is a regime of rapists and torturers and assassins. And YOU have been posting again and again HELPING these rapists and torturers and assassins. What have YOU done against the regime? Please enumerate what YOU have done that actually harms the fundamentalist regime. Ean goyo en meidan.
Masoud
How about me Masood?
by بت شکن on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:24 PM PSTdo I get mentioned as well as Marge? Irandokht is right I outed him first.
Scholarly Masoud: here is my confession
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:22 PM PSTI am a full-time employee of Starbucks Coffee Corporation. Please appreciate your baristas. They work very hard.
Now, if you want me to sign a false confession i'm happy to do that for you too.
I Marge Trebek, hereby swear that I am a full time agent and spy for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ya Karbala. Ya Masoud. Guilty as charged. However, all credit for outing me goes to Bijan. He got this confession a year ago, if you remember.
Marge, respond to my question if you can

by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:18 PM PSTMasoud I think it is almost cruel to continue this. You've really jumped the shark.
You are welcome!
by Natalia Alvarado-Alvarez on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:18 PM PSTActually many of the men are deciding not to answer the political questions. Some even mentioned that such questions should not be on the dating site.
I found that very interesting.

thank you natalia!
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:08 PM PSTthat's very funny. of course they do not care. online dating is no different from the traditional style. the male brain is the least evolved organ.
:-)
by Masoud Kazemzadeh on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:08 PM PSTIRANdokht,
IRI has many factions and they are engaged in factional fights. They are not doing good team work. One day Ali Larijani works with Rafsanjani, another day he does not. Do you see Ahmadinejad and Ali Larijani and Rafsanjani do good team work?
Some times, we stay out and let them fight each other. Some times it is wiser to fight them ourselves.
I am in the middle of an article for a scholarly journal and had a little break. So, I visited here. I had a little time and used my break and used advantage of the infighting to write about my perceptions. And with the posters here, some times, we stay out and let them fight each other. Some times it is wiser to fight them ourselves.
:-)
Yes, they do......LOL
by Natalia Alvarado-Alvarez on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:05 PM PSTActually they have three questions on iranianpersonals:
"What do you think of Iran being labeled as an Axis of Evil?:"
"How do you feel about the Israeli/Palestinian crisis - and - what do you suggest as a solution?: "
They also ask:
"What are your Political Views?"
The following are the options:
To be honest the men really don't seem to care much. Once they see the pretty face and body. Well they stop thinking straight. LOL
PS: Guess which one I am?

lol Irandokht!
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Sun Dec 06, 2009 04:03 PM PSTi was wondering about that too. but who cares. no one said IRI hires the best and brightest. they take what they can get. they'd pay masoud much better, based on his obvious skills, but he's the patriot and I'm the bad guy. that's the way life goes, like janet jackson, sister of michael jackson (killer of the summer's protest media coverage damn him), said.
