At home while she's healing from a few surgeries, due to the mishap at the shelter. She drove in to the shelter in the truck, and went to close to gate, and got pinned between the truck and the gate. Two dogs went behind her to shield her from the metal gate, one was licking her face as she was in tears from pain, and a couple were barking away trying to draw attention for help. None of them left the scene until someone came to her rescue.

"Golpar" was brought to the shelter with a totally wrecked body three years ago. Mrs Esnaashari was advised to euthanize her but she did not agree. For two months She and Sharareh hand fed her as she was not able to eat on her own. She ended up with bedsores. They bathed her and massaged her every day. After two moths she was able to get up and walk. That's when they noticed her left arm was terribly infected. In order to save her life they asked Dr. Abedi to amputate the arm. She is a smart and amazing dog.

"Cigaro" showed up at Lida's house one day when her dogs were in the yard. There was a cable badly tied around his neck. After much struggle they were able to  free him of the cable. He is a young and playful dog. Lida khanoom believes he loves all the attention that he is getting.
